The company have an english name and homepage but its one from china. They sell cheap china synthetic hair as „real human remy hair" to a prize for really human hair. Its full of chemical for giving the touch from real hair and you can smell it. After 1 wash with normal shampoo the hair is totally matted and no way for brush it out, no more curly and full destroyed. It should be 24" but isn't. After these I did a test with haircolor. Was not working and so another proof its synthetic. You can not click on the rezession on the homepage (clear thats all positiv) and also you can't give one. No way to contact them because the mail is not exist and the contact form is not working. The companys on the packagings from the hair are not exist. After I did a conflict open in PayPal I had a way to write them. They don't want give the money back, say just „buy by another company with better hair".How bold and cheeky is it?
If you want hair like these buy it on Ali Express or other chinese site and pay 10 times less than by these cheaters!

I as well have ordered from them a couple years ago and loved it. I recently ordered again and didn't receive a tracking number or product for over a month.. i also got PayPal involved who denied the case.. ive tried emailing them and calling multiple times with nothing... i finally once I contacted PayPal received an order which was the wrong product... so dissapointed. Times are tough and that's alot of money to be wasted for nothing.

I have used them to buy extensions a few times back in 2018ish and I loved them!! So I decided to order some more that was over a month ago and never heard anything from them no shipping, confirmation,
I've tried to email them three times no answer and even tried to call the number on their website and it says no in service :( I think I got screwed I really liked them and their hair extensions before too!

I wish I could give it a zero rating because the company is a fake I never even got a confirmation email and nothing was ever delivered and PayPal must be along with the scam because they refuse to give me back my money and even though it took some digging I found out that nobody has been getting anything from this company for a very long time if ever! They obviously post fake reviews under multiple accounts just so they can steal your money don’t waste your money!!! It’s been a couple months and I still haven’t gotten any money back or my order!

Terrible! I received the hair and was very reluctant to use. After using it for less than 5x (days), it looked overly processed! How is this possible if I didn’t blow dry it, straightned, sleep with etc... I emailed support and no response, I call and no response!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! GO ELSE WHERE! I told myself and told them as well that I will give them a chance to rectify the situation before writing a review. I like to be fair and it’s time I save others from being in the same predicament.

By the way I’ve been purchasing Remi hair for many years and my hair lasts for a long time not like this!! My purchase was the halo Remi hair #2 which didn’t even match actually #2 Remi hair.

Soft hair,wrong color
I was happy with how fast it came, wasn't able to choose the color of the extension I wanted. I wanted the dark but instead got the lighter one. But overall I'm happy with my purchase I just have to color it now to match my hair.!! GOOD

I would like to say that the shipping is very fast! I just received them a week ago, and they are in such good quality. I was really excited to start wearing them! The color is a little off from the picture but it will be an easy fix as ill just dye them when I dye my own hair! I will definitely recommend and will be buying my next set. You cannot beat that price for the quality you receive. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with extensions. So again I was really impressed!

It looked slightly different from the picture, the top of it was not as high as in the picture but I just used a few hair pins to recreate the look so it's ok for me.The colors are amazing, super comfortable, soft and silky; not too expensive. Another good thing is that it can be colored to match the hair.
