Pathetic, disrespectful and dishonest

Pathetic, disrespectful and dishonest.

I booked an appointment yesterday for 11am this morning. I arrived today at 10.50am with my two children.

I sat there without being offered a drink, or anyone speaking to me other than to confirm my name for 37 minutes !

At 27 minutes past my appointment time two people walked into the salon and were greeted by warmly and seated pretty much immediately.

Seeing the shock and displeasure on my face, I was then offered a drink, not an apology, but a drink.

Thats when I decided to voice my displeasure at their awful service and complete disrespect for me, a paying customer with an appointment.

Realising these people didn’t have any respect for me as a paying customer and were quite happy to waste my time I decided to leave.

I booked using Booksy and these deceitful people then marked me done as a no show as I couldn’t leave a review for them there.

I have contacted Booksy and informed them of the truth and requests to be able to leave a review.

At £33 per haircut they are among the most expensive barbers in Leeds, it’s quite sad and shocking that they turned out to be so dishonest and underhand.

A reputable, respectable company who values their customers and reputation would have let me know there was a delay, offered me and my children a drink and as time ticked away, up to nearly 30 minutes after my appointment, provided some customer service.

Not let me watch two people walk right in and sit down immediately and then lie that I didn’t show up.

I wouldn’t trust these people with a cold. Call themselves a premium barbers when their attitudes and service are anything but.

Avoid and book with a barbers that tell the truth and value their customers.
