Dishonest Company



I originally placed this order four months ago. One month after the purchase, I was forced to cancel because the items had not shipped and no delivery timeline could be provided. Despite my cancellation three months ago and multiple follow-up messages, I have yet to receive my money back.

I was told my order was refunded on Dec 22nd after my first review, however I am still waiting for the refund. Was the really refund processed? The return was received at your warehouse Dec. 15th. I was told a second time that the refund was process a week ago- however I called my CC company and they said NO Refund was processed with this company. WARNING This company is a SCAM!!!

This company is a SCAM.

I am now convinced after reading the real reviews, that this is an elaborate scam and that these products don't actually exist or are of a terrible, dangerous quality and that this is a scam website (fake reviews).

My order number is #10181383

I WOULD LIKE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND.

I placed my order on the 3rd of December and I have had not a single email regarding shipping. I sent an email to request this information and received a vague response to say someone would get the tracking number. Why not just solve the issue! It is clearly a ploy to drag out this process. Here is the extremely unprofessional email:

I see that they send these polite emails but they have no intention of actually sending the products or doing anything. I am now also concerned about the safety of these products after reading some horrific reviews!

Hardest company to communicate with

Hardest company to communicate with, love the product but don’t buy often anymore because of how difficult it is to deal with customer Svcs. They send more promo emails than anyone yet no tracking shipping info once u buy.

I compare ingredients now

Too many products have harsh chemicals. This one claims gentler formula and it shows. My hair doesn't feel dry or brittle after use and the grays right above my ears, around my crown looks grayer but less aggressive. They have more texture, they don't stick out with that bright contrast. I love that my hair feels nourished while it's doing its job.

So many antigrey things I have tried…

So many antigrey things I have tried smell so strong or burn my scalp, it's been a turn off. This one is different; mild scent, no irritation, light application. After about five weeks, the silver near my temples is softer and doesn't glare in the mirror under bright lights. It doesn't feel harsh, which makes me want to keep using it. I think durability will show in time, but so far I'm glad I switched.

After coloring

After coloring, my regrowth always shows sooner than what I want, you see the contrast quickly. I tried this expecting little, but what I got was surprising, when new hair grows in, the gray isn't stark at the root. It's softer in tone. It's not fully dark, but it isn't super bright either. That change alone gives me more time between salon or dye appointments

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I brought over $100 worth of items and the shampoo to color your hair does nothing. The conditioned I ordered does nothing. I want my money back. I write them an email 2 times. I want a return label on the system I ordered to straighten my hair. The system most likely will do NOTHING to my hair.
You should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you guys go bankrupt.

This is my first experience with Mayraki. I'm very disappointed with the service. I ordered $78 worth of product on December 6. It's December 21 and there's no sign of it arriving or being shipped. This company does not seem to have a good system with receiving orders and being able to promptly fill them. I'm asking them to either cancel my order and refund the money they've claimed or ship my order.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN

I did a test dot on my arm about half the size of a pea but didn't wait long enough and went ahead and put just a little bit on my beard (chin) and sides of my hair...I am talking like a pencil eraser sized drop and just spread it on the outside of my chin hairs to see what would happen.
IT LIT ME ON FIRE....it took about 6-8 hours to start itching and burning and now three days later I have what looks like blisters forming on my arm and lips. My chin has weeping sores that are literally dripping yellow goo. Unfortunately, I must have touched my chin later and then other areas of my body...everywhere I touched has blisters now and a nasty red rash...nothing works on it. Cortisone and Advil have barely reduced the symptoms.

Final Edit. The Mayraki team was very helpful and quick to process my refund and graciously received my feedback to improve their product. As they have stated below everyone has different sensitivities so I highly recommend that anyone trying this product use an extremely small test dot on their inner arm and then be sure to wash your hands and anything the product touches before going about your day. Wait a full 24 hours before applying this product anywhere.

This company never fails to disappoint!!! I ordered from this hair Mayraki few years ago, it was late shipment, there was no communication whatsoever. I want to give another chance, so I ordered again. No surprised they did it again. Order (ID #10180103) hasn't been updated for 5 days after placed my order. I sent email, just only received automated reply( which I bet THERE WILL BE NO RESPOND AS ALWAYS) If you cannot do a good and integrity business, get out of the business, don't hurt people anymore. Every department in your company don't do any good job. Shame on you 60% plus negative reviews to your company, how could you still not seeing how bad your company is!!!
