Love the hair straightening product

Love the hair straightening product. Looked for it after the price of a professional hair straightening went from $250 to $450 and it was too much money for me. Like that the product has no formaldehyde it in. I color my hair and it does turn the color lighter but I just color it again after I do the treatment

Flexitol 25%

l have used what l thought was the best- O’Keefe’s and Boots No.7 and many others brands daily for years with no effect. I payed £75 last week for foot assessment , worth every penny as l was shown big toe exercises to improve my mobility and to use the correct cream We need urea cream for the foot, 10 % is insufficient and 40% is too greasy and the best recommendation was Flexitol 25% urea which you can get on free prescription from GP if you qualify for it as it is only given freely to Diabetic or you can get it from Amazon.

This is a scam. I ordered two separate times. Second order was placed their customer service after I never received the first order, even though it was confirmed by their tracking link. Second order was also confirmed delivered but was never received

Mayraki Anti-grey

I’ve been using the Mayraki anti grey product for several weeks. I’ve commented on their advertising posts on instagram several times to voice my concerns and counter inaccuracies in their descriptions. Each time, my comment or enquiry has been ignored other than that they once asked for a before and after photograph of my hair which I now think is just a ploy - when I tried to upload photos I couldn’t. When I check back to view my messages they are removed from their post. Cause for concern.

This is the edit to my review after receiving response from Mayraki. I have commented several times on your instagram posts advertising the Mayraki anti grey product. My concerns are legitimate regarding the use of this product on highlighted hair and I have consulted a highly qualified hairdresser. The product strips the highlights. It stains everything your hair comes into contact with. What’s particularly concerning is that you are removing my comments on your instagram posts. I feel I should be informing people of my personal experience with the product but clearly Mayraki has another agenda in removing my legitimate comments. That is the reason why I’m now having to resort to using Trustpilot to draw attention to this and so that my advice to others won’t be deleted. You have asked for my order number - it is 10147543.

Italist shoes

I purchase a pair of Fendi sneakers. Color Black the sneakers came and they were Blue. This is the second time I had problems with this company. Italist is not a good company to Order from. Order may come incorrect.

We process refunds for circumstances that are out of our hands such as allergic reactions prompted by pollen allergic skins or received damaged packages and other considerations our Subject Matter Expert sees fit.

I phoned and got a quote from Southall Travel to visit our son in NY for Christmas, travel date was depart 23rd December return home 2nd January, |The operative Raj sent me an email quoting a price of £850 per person for premium economy.I tried the next day to book was kept on hold for so long the phone range off, over the next 2 days I kept phoning left messages no one rang back, when eventually I did get to speak to someone the price had gone up by £400 per person, even though I had it in black and white they would not honour it. so angry and upset, will never try them again

Mayraki Awful product and awful service.
Mayraki Anti Grey Restoring Treatment
Is a hair stain that also stains your bedding, clothes and hands.

The applicator broke after first use.
When the company was contacted they said that they could not refund even though the website states easy 30 day returns.

When pressed they agreed that if I paid postage and returned the product, they would refund. But then, they did not. I had to file a credit claim against them. Awful product and awful service.

When I followed up after the goods were returned, the company requested that I pay return shipping for the product to the USA when they have a mailing adress in Australia.

Once the goods were returned, no refund was issued as promised and I then had to lodge a Pay Pal dispute to recive my money back.

My order id was 10140931. I do not need any Mayraki support. I have my money back thanks to paypal. I just wanted to share what an awful product and service that I recived to help other customers make an informed choice.

Mayraki shampoo and root treatment are liberating!

Mayraki shampoo and gray root treatment are such great, effective, and economical options! I’m so grateful to be able to use it as needed in the privacy and convenience of my home. I couldn’t be happier with the results! It’s truly liberating to not have to depend on hair stylists! I use to feel self conscious and desperate in between appointments, but now I have complete assurance that at any time, I can get rid of the gray and look good!

Keratin Treatment damaged my hair

On April 27 I applied the product for the first time. At first It looked good but as time went by, I notice my hair breaking a lot.

It was time to redo it, after 2 months and I made the mistake to redo it but this time I didn't leave it for 48 hrs as I did before based on the instructions. I washed it out after a few hrs because I felt it burning.

After that my hair was pretty damaged, and was falling out a lot.

I also had a negative experience with the anti Gray serum. It makes your hair yellow.

I had a bad experience with the scalp purifying & anti-aging serum. It left my hair very very hard and dry. It needed a lot of conditioner after in order to do anything with it.

The proactive repair treatment. I used it once, my hair felt soft but now I'm not sure if I should continue using I'm afraid my hair may get damaged.

I feel I cannot trust this product line anymore.
