I came for a hair transplant from the US together with a friend. The whole process of communication and getting information was very easy and smooth. The clinic assign a consierge for you that answers all your questions and serves as a white glove support before and during the visit. Ours was Michael (Kerim) and I got a quote quickly and the details were clear. When arriving in Turkey we were greeted by our driver and were drivern to the hotel (in the same building as the clinic). Our concierge quickly came to greet us and when we asked about a good place to eat (after a long flight) he went above and beyond and took us for a tour of the city plus a visit to a great restaurant.
The following morning was the day of the operation.
We really liked that HairNeva was not a crowded place and only handles select free each day. We immediately got to know the staff and had almost zero wait time at any part of the process. Again, our concierge was there to answer any questions, clarify and translate if there was a need.
The clinic has high standards, is super clean and modern. Once in the operation room, I had rotating staff working on me. They showed care and patience even when the procedure took longer than expected. I felt comfortable and confident at any given point.
My hotel was great and in the same building as the clinic which made it super comfortable to hop between my room and the clinic. The hotel staff was very friendly and useful for any questions and needs. One added bonus - the hotel is in great location (Besiktas) with coffeeshops and restaurants in walking distance.
The day after the procedure we came back for bandages removal, clean up and review. We got all of our questions answered quickly and the staff felt like family at that point.

Got a hair transplant just over a month ago and I can say that the experience was very easygoing. Staff were extremely helpful (specially Mr Baris). Did not have any pain during or after the procedure. Apart from the local anaesthetic which was done in the beginning. Highly recommended clinic.
