Dear Christian,
you raised the order the 19.12.17 evening,The day after we shipped it and the currier Bartolini tried to deliver it the 21.12.17 at 11.00 a.m. but couldn't find you and left you a note.
Then xmas period arrived (23rd-24th-25th-26th were holiday) and you order has been finally delivered the 28.12.17.
We are really sorry for the delay, we believe the currier has been overload due Christmas Time
