Better check return cost $$$
First try with a ‘topper’ and i chose HairWeavon for its beautiful product.
Received the topper but coloring wasn’t quite right. Im excited to give it one more try and go more expensive.
At the postal store to return, i find that shipping from USA to the green isle is more than ALL cost combined! WHAT!?! I email and ask HairWeavon if they’ll send a pre paid label and DEDUCT that amount from my returns money. I am not asking for a freebie, it’s simply less expensive for HairWeavon to ship to the USA than the reverse. The answer i received from HairWeavon….
NO! Refer to our policy!
Thanks guys! Lesson learned, the hard way! Do business in my USA or you’re screwed.

Beautiful high quality wig (Beguile petite, Rachel Welch), nice soft hair, arrived quickly, well packed. I was a bit afraid of buying a wig online. However, I will surely buy wigs again at Hairweavon. Note: the trenches of this specific wig are rather thick. If you need to make a wig smaller, it is quite a job. Just good to know. On the other hand, the trenches will remain for a long time!

Great Service, easy returns process
Great Service, beautiful wigs even from US brands which are not easy to get in the EU without additinal taxes etc. Quick shipping. Returns are also very easy and quickly refunded.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not free of charge in case one uses a voucher... the system will not allow that option in combination with a voucher and will switch automatically to express shipping although the company offers free shipping within the EU.

I ordered for the first time and also first Noriko wig zeal, that was not at all how I expected to be after seeing different reviews on YouTube. So I sadly had to return it and so far no message that it arrived ( from Belgium). For the rest it came earlier than expected and the service was good. Next time I'll stick to my Ellen Wille.

There was a issue trying since black Friday to process I emailed them telling them they sent a payment link but never honoured the discount. Fine it was passed but the website still had it up and also I was doing since black Friday and getting issues processing so hardly my fault when it was on there end. I've only ever had one issue with them this is the 2nd now and money is the one thing I don't mess with.

Never again!!
I ordered a Topper from them and paid €19 for express delivery.
The Topper was not the one that matched the photos, so I decided to return it.
So I pay the return costs, which is normal.
On the other hand, they take 25 euros from me in restocking costs, still okay but they also deducted 19€ from me in delivery costs even though I have already paid them!!
Finally I lost 44 euros instead of the 25 euros expected.
This is called dishonesty!!
Fortunately there are other sites because I will never order from them again!
Honestly, it's the first time I've had such an experience and I hope it will be the last...
I do not recommend this site at all.
