Never received the order. I've been waiting since March 14 and your website say order was completed! Please do not say the order was completed without a confirmation that it was delivered from UPS. Someone from UPS is having fun with my wig and I don't appreciate it. And then please help me find my order!

The customer service at Hair Weavon is unbelievable. Mary in particular is so efficient. So kind. So responsive. This is my 3rd purchase from them. They always have the best of the best. And if I am in question about ANYTHING I always get a quick response. In being a fairly new wig wearer this is quite important. Because I am relying upon Mary’s knowledge to help me make the right purchase decision. I am a budget conscious retiree and this extra help keeps me within my budget.
