I’m very happy with all the purchases I’ve made. I have more people booked in for the hair u provide too.
I offer 2 ranges of hair extensions with different pricing and life spans. This one has been clients favourite due to its fast service, comfortable nanos when installed and reasonably priced too for all clients budgets.

I purchased hair extensions from HairXtensions for £191.91. Unfortunately the hair does not hold curls even when styled with professional heat tools.

When I contacted the company, I was told that Chinese Remy hair can be coarse and difficult to curl. The only option offered was to remove all of the hair and return the full order so it could be inspected before any refund could be considered.

The issue with this process is that the hair has already been professionally installed. Removing it purely for inspection would mean paying additional removal costs and being left without extensions while the company carries out its internal review.

I was also offered a 25% partial refund on the condition that I amend my feedback, which would be around £47 on a £191 purchase. This did not feel like a fair resolution to the issue.

I explained that I would be happy to return the hair if a replacement could be provided first, as this would allow me to send the current hair back once it is removed. However, I was told replacements cannot be sent until the original hair is returned and inspected.

Overall the complaints process places all of the cost and inconvenience on the customer. I am sharing my experience so that other customers are aware of the returns and inspection process before purchasing.

Love this range, they supply the best tapes, absolutely no movement for 4 weeks, other brands become loose after 1-2 weeks. Decently priced as well, very pleased and customer service always helpful and understanding on a few things I wasn't sure about X

I have had hair extensions for over 6yrs (purchasing once per year and refitting every 8-10weeks) and decided to try this brand after a recommendation from my fairly new hairdresser (who has won awards for fitting hair extensions) due to relocation and thought I would try and save money with my hair tha where previously purchased from … big mistake!
I have never had hair that tatted so much even in the same day as washing. I use high quality silicone and paraben free salon quality products with a extension specific brush (purchased from last salon which had its own tv show) and the courseness and tatting occurred within the first few weeks of purchase. I initially contacted the brand and they did reply quite quickly but then as my hairdresser purchased the extensions on my behalf I was advised they would have to contact them. My hairdresser is still waiting for a response from their second email but given how poor quality the hair is Inhave purchased new hair from my old salon at considerable cost as the extensions were significantly dragging on my brush and even pulling my own hair out … true what they say, you get what you pay for!
Update from my side as the company are doing updates from theirs- I was advised that the tatting in my hair (this has nothing to do with my fine hair as it is near to the ends and lengths where my own hair is not present) is to do with ‘user error’ and not looking after my extensions as I should. I reiterate I have had extensions over 6yrs and ZERO ISSUES! Also you advised the hair is courser than other brands which is reflected in the price which clearly suggests your hair is not of the quality of other providers. Based on your extensive messaging to me and blame to my side and the hairdresser I have refused for my hair to be ‘investigated’ and purchased from the brand I have had had over the 6yrs and again had 0 issues with.

Brought a micro ring plier, arrived quickly, easy to use, feels good quality and worked well when removing my clients micro ring extensions.

Love this shop! I do my own nanos, the nanos I’ve had in just now have been in around 3/4 months. I’ve ordered a couple packs in between just to replace whatever I’ve lost. Only now after 4 months I’m about to replace the entire head! I’ve straightened them washed loads dry shampoo etc and held up great :) delivery is fab too xx
