Having spoken to lots of people about their hajj and the experience they had with their travel agent, I was a bit anxious about what to expect. However, BHUS were very upfront about everything, including the accommodation, so this meant there were no hidden surprises and everything was as described.

It was clear that all members of the team had a lot of knowledge and experience and knew exactly what they were doing. I felt that everything that I needed to know was communicated to me in advance and the hajj whatsapp group was particularly useful for this purpose. The team were very approachable and I always felt I could go to them if I had any questions or concerns.

I dealt with mainly Brother Imran who was an exceptional member of the team and was always on hand to offer help and advice with a friendly smile to everyone in the group. He really is an asset to BHUS and made sure that our hajj went smoothly all the way through.

Overall I would definitely recommend BHUS to anyone looking to go hajj next year. It was an amazing experience!

BHUS were very organized and kept us posted with times, transport and daily itineraries. The hotels in both Makkah and Medina were great especially in terms of locations. The team created a very warm and friendly atmosphere during the stay at shisha and every one of them were approachable and made the hajis journey run as smooth as possible. Assalamu alaiqum! I’m delighted to write a review for British Hajj and Umrah Services! Alhamdulillah I was able to perform the Holy duties without any trouble at all. From the beginning of the journey till end the whole team was outstanding! Their communication, leadership, kindness, accommodation everything was fantastic. Cost wise they were one of the cheapest in the market.

Unfortunately few of our fellow Hajis got unwell during Hajj and the way they were looked after was amazing. I don’t think they felt for a single moment that they were away from their families.

Everyone in the team including Brother Ibrahim, Br Alam, Br Afzal, Br Hakim, Br Minhaz, Br Imran, Moulana Yahiya, Moulana Dudhwala, all the Staffs at the Shisha apartment ( sorry if I missed anyone’s name) were outstanding and their performance was way above expectations!

I am confident that my Hajj experience couldn’t have been any better without BHUS. I highly recommend British Hajj and Umrah Services. May Allah Accept our Hajj. Thank you indeed. Jazak Allahu Khairan!

It was a great privilege to perform Hajj with British Hajj and Umrah Service (BHUS). Starting from Hajj seminar, everything exceeded the expectation. Hajj seminar in London was very useful and helped me to prepare for the journey. Br. Abdul Hakim explained the logistics very clearly. Allah made the actual journey much easier.
All brothers of BHUS regularly updated by email and WhatsApp group to keep all in same page. Our group leader brother Afzzal Khan was helpful throughout the journey.
The SISA apartment was in perfect location and made our journey during Hajj time very easy. Our scholar brothers Sheikh Yunus Dudhwala and Mufti Yahaya were very helpful and helped to perform hajj correctly.
Altogether, it was an amazing journey of a lifetime. May Allah grant our Hajj. Ameen.

Went for Hajj with BHUS this year and Alhamdulillah it was a very good experience. Services provided by the organing committee were very good and we got everything that was committed.

They bayans were very good specially Maulana Yunus Dudhwala was exceptional.

Shisha building was pretty close to jamarat which was ideal for way back from Mina and Jamarat though a bit far from Haram to walk in sun.

Overall I have a very good experience with BHUS and would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of walk.

Alhamdulillah, we have done our Hajj this year with BHUS. We were initially worried about this before going to Saudi as we didn't know about their services. Alhamdulillah their service and support was outstanding. I have no words to describe how good was our experience with them . There's nothing to complain, and Alhamdulillah we loved preforming Hajj with BHUS. I highly recommend them to everyone.

jzk for making my first experience of hajj an experience to remember. The amount of support and help that was available throughout the journey was unbelievable and very helpful. It made my hajj a hundred times more easier. Everything was delivered as promised and definitely lived up to the standards expected and more! where do I start! This hajj journey was most definitely the journey of a lifetime. An experience me and my family will never forget! BHUS made this journey so easy and memorable for us it was absolutely fantastic. Words aren’t enough to explain the amount of support and help the team offered us 24/7 during the journey. Went on haj and decided to go for the 14 day package which worked out well. Everything was explained in detail at seminars before we left and throughout the entire tour. We were introduced to our group and everything was very organised. The accommodation was of good standard and the food was always nice. I would definitely recommend British hajj and ummra for booking hajj packages with. I Would like to say a huge thanks to brother Ibby and brother Shabir and the rest of the team and the maulana’s for all the guidance and support. This was an absolutely life changing journey and me and my partner are so grateful and blessed to have been around such a wonderful group of people to share it all with!

Fantastic hajj Experience, highly recommend, great team of professional individuals

British Hajj and Umrah Services is the trading name of Mezbaan Tours (UK) and is a subagent of Licensed Authorised agents (To Harem Ltd, Zamzam Travel and Sylhet). They are good at selling their Hajj & Umrah package but they are not upfront with additional costs and communication is poor leaving pilgrims to their own devices.
They receive a lot of complaints annually and are encouraged to write to the travel agent directly after returning from Hajj by Maulana Yunus Dudhwala, however, most of these complaints are ignored. Getting compensation from this tour operator can be difficult and you usually have to be quite tenacious.If you think you have a good claim be persistent and carry on complaining using the company’s formal complaints procedure.If this doesn’t work, you could consider taking the tour operator to the small claims court, however, a lot of pilgrims do not want any further hardship with this travel agent after what they have been through and therefore do not persist.
If you payed for your hajj package with your credit card, you have protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act if something goes wrong. This covers items and services costing over £100 and not more than £30,000.
