I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Hina, who has been exceptionally involved throughout our entire Umrah journey. She consistently went above and beyond, responding to our messages at any hour—day or night—without a moment of hesitation.

To be completely honest, I initially had some doubts, especially since the Hajj and Umrah deals were being handled under the name of Safa and Marwa Tours, an already established firm. However, once we arrived in Madinah and Makkah, every concern disappeared. The services provided were outstanding. The cabs arrived on time, all details were shared proactively without any follow‑ups, and everything was handled with remarkable professionalism.

The hotel recommendations were excellent as well. Saja Al Madinah was just a quick 4‑minute walk to the Haram, making our stay incredibly convenient. Voco Makkah offered the best shuttle service, along with excellent housekeeping and overall service. While the breakfast buffet could benefit from a few more options, the overall experience was still exceptional.

Our Umrah was smooth, well‑organised, and completely hassle‑free—and the credit for that goes entirely to Hina. She is truly an asset to the organisation. We have included her in our duas, and insha’Allah, we will definitely book with her again for our next Umrah.

We chose to book our Umrah package Alhamdulillah with this company. I am glad that I went with them.

We dealt with Mahnoor all through. She was very meticulous in everything and tailored our trip to our requirements. Everything from the flight tickets to the Hotels in Madinah and Makkah, along with ground transport in large SUV's was organised by her.

e-Visa were also arranged by Mahnoor.

We opted for the 5 star package and had Pullman Zamzam Madinah in Madinah, which was excellent. For Makkah, we had Elaf Kinda Hotel that was also rated highly, but did not meet our expectations and we were a bit disappointed, though it was no fault of Mahnoor.

All in all, we had a fruitful, comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Alhamdulillah it was very good experience. They have provided us good hotels near to haram. In Makkah and madina also very near , And the transfer from Jeddah to Makkah , Makkah to Madina was amazing included all Zayraat .
