Late delivery, afterShip application never worked

I wanted to take the sweets as a gift for my family since I was traveling to my home country. Unfortunately, the website and the order receipt had no details for the delivery date of my package. This resulted in me missing out on picking up/ receiving the package since the package arrived too late.
I tried contacting on Instagram but to no avail. The afterShip application order never updated. I was left with no directions and had to leave for my flight without picking up the package.

My order has been lost since weeks

My order has been lost since weeks. I wanted to have candies for the birthday of my nephew but unfortunately I won’t have them. I am not used to give reviews and overall bad but honestly I didn’t have a great experience with their customer service either.

I am waiting for my refund that hopefully Inch’Allah will come.

We explained you already multiple times via our Customer Support (E-Mail) that international shipments are currently lagging due to the rise in number of Covid-19 cases and herewith associated restrictions.

We handed your parcel over to the shipment company just one day after you raised the order.

We kindly ask for your patience - your parcel will arrive and if not we guarantee that we will reimburse the entire amount.

It’s very expensive

However we are surprised and sad for giving us only 3 Stars justifying this by our pricing which is according to you "very expensive".

First of all we don't understand such claim, since our pricing is is esteemed as fair as we do offer Halal Certified Candy to a price of max. 0,99 Euro per 100g. Thus we are even cheaper then some stores or supermarket chains.

Secondly and most importantly, our company has been established to enable Muslims around Europe and the Globe to order and enjoy Candy which is Halal Certified containing non of Alkohol, pork Gelatine or any other forbidden ingredient.

Please understand that such very careful quality control has a certain price associated.

Therefore we kindly request to reconsider your review by evaluating the service, quality of goods and speed of our deliveries and not the price.

We appeal to your fairness.
