Scam

I wouldn't repeat the mistake of buying stuff from Halara again. They mislead you to believe they are user friendly and provide good quality and reasonably priced clothes. In fact, it take ages to receive an order and they effectively do not refund, only in the form of a gift card to spend on their website minus the high shipping costs both ways, which could amount to half of the overall price. A scam.

I wish to return a pair of jeans and…

I wish to return a pair of jeans and get a refund.
I have filled in the form and they have sent me a Voucher instead of a refund.
I have tried to contact them and ask for this but my email hasn’t been delivered as it says this email doesn’t exist. What can I do? I am very unhappy with this company and consequently do not wish to purchase from them a second time.

Description was way off!

These items took me a long time to receive with no updates. I get it that they are coming from China. I ordered 2 pairs of straight leg jeans. They were both so baggy in the legs, they could never be just straight leg jeans and they are soooo long. However, I will keep them because the will look great will sandals which will give them height.

Useless customer service.

Useless customer service.
Call you a valued customer but give you fake emails to contact them. I’ve been given 2 similar ones but my messages bounced back as undeliverable.
Do not trust them.
They take your money and then don’t want to know you.🤬

Update:
Yet another useless email from them with yet another (3rd) e mail address that doesn’t exist/is undeliverable.

Non existent customer service.

Very late delivery then poor quality…

Very late delivery then poor quality item and two missing. Nightmare trying to get refund for missing items saying had to do investigation for the sake of £27! Sent photos poor packaging and of item received Then said investigation shown sent out then said made a mistake then offered gift voucher finally been offered a refund. A great pity as I have had several orders with them in the past with no issues apart from late delivery but this experience has now put me off.

Avoid!

I placed my order almost month ago and I'm still waiting. Apparently they were out of stock however when I ordered there was definitely no mention of that fact. I'm very unhappy with them and I definitely won't be shopping there again. I'll also be alerting friends and family to their dodgy practises.

Love the clothes keep recommending them!

I haven't written jeans in nearly a decade as I find them so uncomfortable and trousers generally. Especially after lockdown and working from home and just got mine today SO COMFY OMG! I LOVE this company! I was skeptical at first as there's just so many dodgy ones so brought a skirt first and everything went fine with delivery. So got a bunch more. Have 1 thing to return as i accidentally got a tall and they offered 2 options for returns - gift card refund and keep the item or ship back (we need to pay shipping charges). Went with 1st option as it's hassle free. Great overall experience definitely would recommend.

Unable to return

Wife ordered three items and the sizing was wrong. That's not the problem, but trying to return is impossible. Tried using the website, ai bot and also the app. No joy on any.

Can’t recommend!

I continue to have so many problems with this company. I have now received my order - all items are far too big (sizing is way off!). I went to complete the online return form and it won’t accept it without uploading photos. However, it clearly states that photos are needed if reporting a fault. I am not reporting a fault. They are just too big. I am waiting to hear back from them. But their customer service is notoriously slow. I am still waiting for a reply to a message re the website not accepting their own awarded coupons. I have chased and chased them about them and this has been going on since July! I cannot recommend buying from them.

Terrible company

Terrible company!
I ordered wide leg petite jeans. My order arrived after a month yesterday and they are straight leg long. They insist they are what I ordered and that the warehouse shows they are the correct order. They offered me £4 but I won’t give up until I get a full refund

Product too expensive, bad customer service, bad customer policy, not a good quality

So because you were unable to provide me with the correct return label (so problem on your end) I had to pay additionally for shipping (13 eur) and send it in my own arrangement.
So before that you already deducted shipping fee from my refund (cca 7 eur) so the conclusion is that I was punished for just trying your product for the first time.
As a result of an already not very pleasant experience with your brand/product (not having pants that I need/want + hassle of returning it with lots of confusing instructions) you took from me 20 eur for shipping there and back.
Result=no pants and - 20 eur.
So yeah, you punished me for trying your product. Halara=unpleasant experience + money grabbing + not respecting your customers= no trust.
"Halara" means "relaxed," "chill," or "take it easy," so yeah, you are very relaxed with your customer's money and time.
You can't please everyone with your product, right, but you can still do the right thing (in this case you decided not to do the right thing).
Your products are not cheap, this fabric was unpleasant, customer policy is bad, your reputation is on shaky legs - yeah, you are off to a bright future.
No, I'm not buying anything from you ever again.
Thanks for taking my money for nothing.

Impossible to do a return

Trousers took ages to arrive. They were far too long and too tight for size. Tried to return. Sent emails and tried online. Emails never answered and order not recognised on website. Hugely disappointed as their stuff looks good and would have ordered more.

Awful trousers which took weeks to arrive. Trying to return for full refund. Ist time offered me £4 - I paid over £30. 2nd time offered £6. Now expect me to return to China at my expense!!!!

Ridiculous delivery times

I placed my order on 01st September. Estimated delivery was 17th September however, on tracking today (20thSept) the package has just left China!
I had no idea the items were coming from China (I knew they were most likely made there). I thought they would come from a uk or european warehouse. More fool me! The estimated delivery on tracking is now 30th September to 04th October!!

Very suspicious company

The first time I placed an order I noticed a $7 charge on my bank account from Hilara. When I inquired about it they denied charging me $7 even after I sent a screen shot proving the charge. I recently decided to give them another try and order 3 pairs of pants. I received them and was happy with the order. 2 weeks later I received the exact same order a second time. I checked my bank account and I was charged for the second order. I am now trying to return the second order and they want to charge me for a return label and shipping. Why should I have to pay for these when I didn’t place the second order? I will not be ordering from this company ever again.
