Ordered 40 dollars worth a month ago and now the tracking number won’t work!! This website should be shutdown for good taking people’s money smh SCAM

I saw a video online targeting the real Halara company made my purchase on 3/23/2025 and I still haven't received my order. I have contacted the Halaras.com email and I keep getting told my order is in transit well now I can't track it and also the website link doesn't work anymore! They won't refund me my money because my order is in "transit", but they won't give me an updated link to track. I am PISSED!!! I disputed the charge with my bank.

Did not get my order. It’s been months. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. This is a scam.

Never received my order. I have several emails confirming my order, updates on shipping and now nothing!! I thought I had purchased from a good company. I should have read the reviews; looks like I'm not alone being scammed. Ugh!

Scam. Took my money and sent a tracking link which stopped working after a few weeks.

Update: I lodged a dispute with my credit card company and got a refund.

Very deceptive advertising, potentially bordering on IP violation, using Halara Official imagery on social media campaigns to trick buyers into purchasing a sub-quality, copycat product. I cancelled the order within minutes of ordering (and realizing I'd been duped). Was promised the shipment would be cancelled and a refund issued. Shipment was not cancelled, but I was promised a return on delivery. Delivery took well over 6 weeks, then when I attempted to process the return - and following several emails on the same/original email chain - I've been completely ghosted. Awful. Do not buy.

Scam - thieving Bleep Bleep Bleep - took money then disappeared - kept you off the fraud for a few weeks with order confirmation and tracking info only to disappear

Fake website using Halara pictures. SCAM SCAM avoid.

its a scam page, disgusting. I have been waiting for my order for a very long time and now their page has disapeared… They reply to your emails with nice answers that they are sorry for everything, but nothing happens.

I placed an order on 03/21 for $75.47. I received email confirmation and a shipment notification on 03/25. It is now 04/12 and nothing. I tried to track the shipment, and the links do not work. I tried going to the website and the website is not valid. How do we fight this and get our money back? This is evil to rip people off like this.

The site is down, the fake shipping link goes to a 404 error page, and no response from the email. Fake business impersonating another one.

Thier website is set up to make you think your getting the halara leggings they use thier pics and info from the real site. I made an order and 30 days after I still hadn't received it they did email me back and said they were working on it. 45 days later I finally received them theyre the cheapest leggings and came shipped in an Amazon package inside thier packaging it was very weird the leggings are cheap and see through theyre not emailing me back now so that I can return them!

This is a scam. I made an order on 3/25 and have not received anything, no tracking and there is no way response back. I paid through Shopify and they too are not able to help.

Scam. Payment made, order never shipped and never received. Reported to the Action Fraud. Everyone should do this.

Scam, same as below. They took my money and no tracking provided, and one month later no delivery arrived.
They would not issue a refund, absolutely shameful.
