Superb communication from Halbro…
Superb communication from Halbro following my Head For Change items. They originally went missing. Well done Royal Mail. Halbro sorted this and replaced the items and sent them by overnight courier.
I advised that if and when Royal Mail deliver the original items I can keep them due to the inconvenience caused by Royal Mail.
The T shirts are great quality.

I ordered a rugby shirt as a birthday present. During the ordering process I was advised that it would be over a week for dispatch which would have been too late for the actual date. I added a note asking if it would be possible to expedite the order so it would arrive in time. Great customer service and it arrived well in time for the actual birthday.

I've used Halbro for several years now, customer service is top notch, kit is great quality and yes it may be 'expensive' but 'buy cheap buy twice as my grannie used to say'. I've used alternative providers for some items and they haven't been of the same quality so always give Halbro first option on providing the kit. Keep up the good work!

Our sales team have been speaking with you on email for over a day in regards to this. The original email was sent on Tuesday 6th December where we told you the address you had provided was incorrect. We contacted you again on the 7th December when you chased us again, and we mentioned again that we needed your street name and house number. We then telephoned you and asked you for your street name and house number, and immediately contacted APC to get this updated. We did originally complete and dispatch your order on 1st December but this should be delivered now in the next day or so.
