Sweat shop specials

Ordered a pair of trousers, was told they were out of stock and waiting for a fresh supply. They took my payment anyway! 2 weeks later the trousers arrived. Nothing like the article in their ad. Cheap fabric, poor stitching no labels. Asked for a refund and was told as they weren't stocking the item anymore "no refund was available only vouchers and a small percentage refund" even when I pointed out their advert states 14 day refund guarantee. Avoid them if you can. Update. Got a partial refund of 50% which means they could give a full refund. Thieves.
