I have sent these as gifts, and my gift recipients have always raved about the quality and freshness of the fruit.
Grapefruit was not what I ordered......just oranges. Several oranges and grapefruit were we rotten.
Excellent quality & if a problem (which there hasn't been in 13 years) no questions asked.
I don't know since I don't get the merchandise. It goes to a client.

Absolutely a great product. I do wish that the number of grapefruit and oranges was the same.
Package sent in climate control trucks thrown at the front door with out knocking on the door or even ringing the door bell. Day of delivery was 10 degrees with wind chill. Why bother sending in a specialized truck when the driver fails to notify recipient by ringing a bell or knocking?

Delicious, tasty and fresh
Fruit was sour and tough membranes Even with a special grapefruit knife and spoon it was difficult to get the grapefruit pieces out to eat.
I heard complaints from the people where I sent the fruit. Some of the fruit was black; some of the fruit was very sour;
