Product was not delivered but the trashy folks at Hale Groves refused to reimburse me. This is a very dishonest way to make money and I would really like to see the company Crash!
Got raves about the fruit from family members but gave four stars for the difficulty in ordering (of all things). Web site just doesn't work properly -- ordered six gifts and names/addresses/selections kept disappearing, then the whole order disappeared and I had to rebuild it. Sort of unbelievable. Took several hours over two days to make my selections and get the order in. Customer service wasn't helpful with the problem. Glad I ordered from Hale Groves -- the product was very good -- but they need to fix their e-commerce system. (Posting same review for all six gift orders.)

I unfortunately had rotten fruit (the grapefruit) arrive this year and no remedy as of yet. In the past I have had good experiences so hopefully this was just bad luck.
Great way again to experience the delicious fruit that Hale Groves has to offer. I sent my brothers family this as well as a gift ! He called and said it was the best fruit he had ever had and now orders from them as well !
