I was very pleased with my order of Honeybells. They fresh and tasted delicious. They arrived free of damage. The were exactly as pictured on the Hale Grove website.

Some missing, some rotten. Definitely not what was expected considering expensive price of product. will not be ordering from Hale Groves again.

The fruit was overly ripe and flavorless. I believe they sent me the out of date fruit. When I complained to customer service they sent me a form and said I had to advise about each piece and they would determine if there was a credit or replacement fruit. Thats not what the guarentee pon the web page states. I was not looking for a free order. I wanted fresh from Florida oranges and I got terrible rotted ones

I was so disappointed in the honey bells as well as the oranges in my order. The bells were sour and the oranges not very juicy. Bummer!!!

Navel oranges were better than the honeybells.
