Great service and fantastic range

Great service and fantastic range in both half and quarter bottles. Hard to find elsewhere. The half bottles work out a bit expensive (compared to full bottles available on sale everywhere), but its a great way to reduce consumption

The ordering process was quite simple &…

The ordering process was quite simple & streamlined with great product range - the delivery process through Australia Post is nothing short of abysmal. It has taken 7 days to be delivered from Sydney to Brisbane via an AusPost Courier. As said to Half Bottles I could have driven to Sydney and picked up and driven back in less time. My previous order also took well over a week to arrive.
This will be a factor in deciding how I buy my wine from now on.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I ordered from here for an event, it did turn out that their suppliers has ran out, however Half Bottles did everything they could to ensure I had enough other (some better) bottles for my event at no extra cost and arrived on time for the event. They went over and above to ensure great customer service even though it wasn't directly at their fault. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Half Bottles, I would order from you again.

Very Satisfied Repeat Customer

I have made numerous purchases and all have been easily transacted, securely packed, shipped efficiently and received in excellent condition.

Customer support is excellent and provided by people who care.

After extensive research, I consider the range to be the most comprehensive and the pricing to be the best that I have found.

I could not be happier.
