Fantastic Service

I have now ordered several times from Half-bottles and their service is first class. They continually keep you informed about the status of your order, or if they haven't got something in stock when they'll expect it. Even received a phone call offering another solution when there was no stock remaining.

I love using Half Bottles

I love using Half Bottles. Apart from the convenience of their product, they have a fabulous range and delivery is fast and free. their communication is personal if there is an issue with the order. I have had many enquiries about the product and have spread the word about the company. highly recommended.

Our order turned up with a broken …

Our order turned up with a broken bottle and I spoke to the company. They had no hesitation in sending a new case of wine and were very polite about it. There was no issues at all. great customer service. The order was also sent to us very quickly. I can not fault them

The delivery was fast

The delivery was fast, I received communication from the company when there had been an issue putting the order together initially, and then there was even follow up to make sure I was happy.

Hi Neil - thank you for your feedback - sorry to hear that you were less than happy with the service.

There were definitely some delays with organising your order - one of the products got caught up in Elite Logistics (which a log of wine suppliers use) going into administration and the other simply ran out with the importer and there is a 3 month delay in getting more stock.

I hope that my staff kept you informed and gave you options to be able to ship your order as early as possible.
