Scammers! Dress I received was not at all as advertised. Having issues getting a refund due to them reverse haggling suggesting I accept credit for future purchase and then suggesting only partial refund but keep the dress. Thieves is all they are.

I had a terrible experience with this delivery service. Not only did my package go missing, but there was absolutely no accountability for its whereabouts. They just sent it off and showed no concern for resolving the issue. To make matters worse, they are now asking me to pay an additional $15 to have the package resent. This is completely unreasonable and adds insult to injury. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend using this service.

Found the same photos and product on aliexpress for 1/5 of the price. Not sure if it’s a knock off or drop shipping, but they scam you out of your money.

Awful customer service + communication. If I dont get a refund thats straight up theft.
I ordered a dress and 18 days later hadn't heard anything other than an email saying processing can take up to 7 days. I emailed and they then decided to inform me the dress was out of stock. I asked why then was it not listed as out of stock on their website? They never answered that question. They said that the restock was in 6 more days and that obviously wouldnt of included them processing and sending it to me so I had just had enough as the dress took too long and I no longer needed it. I asked for a refund and they ignored the request and repeated what they had previously stated with different words. So I asked again in a much more passive aggressive manner and they have just responded with my order being cancelled. I have no idea if they'll actually give me a refund but the customer service and communication was appalling. If my dress was out of stock they should of informed me immediately and given me the choice to wait or cancel with a refund. I also see no reason why they can't refund me as they've not sent me anything so if they dont they've Literally stole my money. Awful behaviour. Fingers crossed I get my money back.
Edit: I couldn't be bothered to wait to see if they'd refund me as other reviews said they never got a refund. So I spoke to my bank and they very kindly disputed it and now I have my money back :)

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I was told 5 days after I had made the order that the item I wanted was no longer in stock (so it should not of been available to purchase on the store) and I was told I can buy something else on the store up to the price of the original item. I replied saying that I would just like a refund and was given a blunt reply of 'cancelled'. Do not buy from them they do not have a clue what there doing and have the worst and rudest customer service.

Untrustworthy Retailer
I bought two items from them which were fine, but didn't suit me and so I requested a refund. They refused my request, citing 'final sale products aren't eligible for refunds' This is against UK Law!!
When you shop online, you have a 14-day grace period to change your mind after receiving the item. This is enshrined in law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. I will be taking this further, please don't spend your money with this company. I wish I had checked the reviews first.

Yeahhh, that refund policy is absolute trash. I really wished I read it before I bought anything from them because now I gotta spend even MORE money refunding an item that was overpriced and didn’t even look like anything on the model.

You’re better off with Shein, yes some of their items come looking different to what’s advertised but at least you get a full refund with shipping costs paid for and no risk of this 30% removal of refund because of international shipping. Its just better customer service.
