Ordered a pair of 81 pound trousers as…
Ordered a pair of 81 pound trousers as I need them for Monday ( today is Wednesday ) that said they were in stock. I had to email as never got a confirmation and then when I did it said 10 days as she said it’s an item out of stock but I could have the next size up!! If I wanted the next size up I’d of ordered them. Then continued to argue with me that they don’t state delivery times, I can tell you it said 24-48 hour delivery as the item was in stock. Don’t order from here fine somewhere better like MISupplies or Arco. Unprofessional.

Thank you James , as explained on the webchat the reason you didn't receive a confirmation was because you had supplied the incorrect email address so I changed this for you and forwarded the confirmation and lead time we had sent as soon as your order was placed by 8am this morning . I wasn't at all argumentative as can be seen in a copy of the chat - I explained politely and professionally that live stock isn't displayed on our site and the medium had to be ordered in so would be 7-10 days, I did offer the large just in case this would help as they are here in UK stock with all other sizes . You didn't want to wait and expressed your anger , dissatisfaction and intent to review our business . We had already processed an instant refund whilst still on the chat . As we are small family business we do our very best to always fulfill orders and communicate all issues immediately as we did in this case . Apologies on this occasion the medium were not available for immediate despatch .
