Ewan Porter was my point of contact at Hallbrook. He was knowledgeable, courteous and provided accurate information. He and his colleagues helped me to achieve a positive outcome and I would whole heartly recommend them.

The process was simple and reassuringly professional. No hype or sales talk and no late request for funds against earlier assurances.
We got back nearly as much as we invested, even after their share.

I liaised with Ewan Porter from Hallbrook partners. He contacted me out of the blue about a dodgy investment I'd made in 2005. I found him extremely helpful and despite a lack of information he continued to fight to get compensation. Obviously they take a fee but I would have got nothing without the process, as small investors like me don't have the time or resources to fight for compensation. If you are ever approached HB partners, first check that you really are speaking to this excellent company but then go with the process as they are friendly and helpful and are fighting for you.

We explored the option of financial Services compensation with some trepidation. However, we were impressed with the way Hallbrook and their team handled matters professionally and with good outcome. As the executor of an elderly relative's estate it took several months to get some order into his somewhat scatter-gun finances and investments. After another year of dealing with HMRC, probate was finally granted...

I was the victim of a very sophisticated scam. My bank refunded half of my loss but rejected my request for full reimbursement. I sought assistance from Hallbrook Partners because about three years earlier they had informed me that I was owed over £6000 because of the insolvency of a company of which I was a shareholders. They recovered the money lost.
Now, as a result of their assiduous efforts in working with the Financial Ombudsman and my bank I have been fully reimbursed, with interest this week.
At the age of 87 I have learned a valuable lesson, and I cannot praise Hallbrook Partners, and especially Euan Porter too highly.

I have used Hallbrook Partners on more than one occasion and it is better to have money in your pocket rather than someone else's. If the claim is not successful, no fee is paid, but Hallbrook Partners advise whether the claim is likely to be successful or not. I have been very satisfied with their service.

Hallbrook have a very good record of success. Even if they fail they don't readily concede but still persevere and continue to try their best. They keep you up to date on outstanding claims and when complete the returns are transferred very quickly. It is so much easier and efficient to allow Hallbrook to act so professionally on your behalf. The fees are not particularly low but definitely worthwhile.

On the back of a previous successful win I instructed Hallbrook to try and redress another ill advised investment. Although, after a lengthy and costly attempt and a rebuttal, the company perceivered and eventually achieved the success it aimed for and a very healthy compensation package was the result!
The entire process was stress free with regular updates via emails, phone calls and even surface mail!
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hallbrook to anybody who may have a claim to pursue, their success charges are more than reasonable when compared to countless other companies, which then leaves more in your pocket!
