A family-owned business, our story began over 100 years ago when 18-year-old JC Hall arrived in Kansas City, Missouri and started our company, with nothing but two shoeboxes full of picture postcards and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit.

Bit difficult to navigate the site
Bit difficult to navigate the site. Limited high end cards. Rather too many cards to personalise so was unable to purchase a niece birthday card.. What i did order was well packaged. Not over kill. No bent or damaged cards. I paid extra for the tracking service because our post is terrible
Received in a good time frame and would definitely consider using the online service again - depending on cost and available selection.

Still waiting for card to arrive
Still waiting for card to arrive! Card was to arrive Feb 10 and it’s Feb 16– no valentines card for our Granddaughter yet!
Apparently still at some postal stop along the way. Never again.

Read the small print
Ordered a card and paid extra for 48 hour delivery. It 5 days to arrive. Didn't realise, but wa pointed out by Hallmark, they even have small print for postage saying it can take longer than 48 hours. Lesson learnt....will support my high street instead of doing it online!
