Very quick service. Very efficient, polite and competent and completed the job in no time at all. Did an excellent job and would highly recommend.

Based on existing online reviews we had already decided to contact Rhys at Hallmark Roofing to ask for a quote for some (non-urgent) roof repairs and moss removal, and then 2 friends independently recommended him. We are absolutely delighted with the work that has just been completed. Our house lies in a conservation area and Rhys ensured all materials were compliant.

Both Rhys and his team worked diligently and showed real respect for the property as well as being such polite gentleman and really nice guys to have around. They even mended our back gate (without being asked!) and helped with a footstool repair!

It was necessary to wait several months for work to begin due to Rhys being in such demand but it was definitely worth the wait. Price-wise he was also very competitive.

We just wish Rhys did plumbing and electrics!

Recommendations are worth so much when dealing with roofing problems. We have no doubt it was well worth waiting for Hallmark Roofing. Rhys and the team who organised the erection and dismantling of scaffolding before carrying out the effective roof repairs were so polite and professional. Honest, thorough, professional, polite, tidy and punctual - these guys were brilliant. Rhys went over and above in providing his expert opinion and saved me a fortune as I was about to sign off on another roofer doing a load of unneccessary work. I can't recommend Rhys and his team highly enough. They are very much in demand - but worth the wait (in gold)!

Hallmark completed an excellent job on my house last week, replacing the fascias, soffits and guttering, and painting the rendering. Very professional and courteous, explaining everything throughout. Rhys had been very considerate and patient when I had postponed the work a couple of times earlier this year due to health issues. Hallmark had previously done a smaller job for me replacing the guttering on my conservatory. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Rhys & Paul have just completed a brilliant job on my two dormer roofs which involved new lead soakers, flashing etc

We have been very pleased with Hallmark Roofing who did a terrific job cleaning our moss-covered roof and clearing out our clogged gutters. Rhys from Hallmark was very informative, and pleasant to deal with, even going the extra mile to repair a broken tile for our elderly neighbour. Rhys sent us a video taken from a drone of the before and after and the difference is remarkable. We are very pleased with the work.

We have used Hallmark Roofing a number of times for jobs on our roof. The latest was the removal and treatment of moss. Rhys is without doubt one of the most reliable tradesmen I’ve ever come across. His knowledge is outstanding; timely responses and an excellent communicator. He is reliable and absolutely diligent in everything he does and his work is to an excellent standard. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Hallmark recently repaired & cleaned our roof and fixed some guttering issues. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and did a first class job. When we had a small issues, they immediately returned & addressed the issue with no charge! I can highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Rhys and his team responded promptly to my initial query; came out to view my leaking gutter quickly and at the time they said; gave a clear timescale for doing the work, which they then ended up being able to do sooner; did a great job and cleared up properly afterwards. I have gone from having a poorly fitted gutter (courtesy of my new-build house-builder) that was leaking and sagged in the middle to one that has been correctly fitted and secured, slopes correctly from the middle to the edges and no longer leaks.

Hallmark Roofing have just completed a job for us which included moss removal/cleaning of our roof and the replacement of our fascias, soffits and barge boards.
They are a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional business whose work is to the highest of standards and I’d have absolutely no qualms about recommending them.

The service provided by Rhys was professional, helpful and courteous. He explained fully the problem with my roof and carried out the necessary work to a high standard. I cannot recommend Hallmark Roofing to strongly, and would not hesitate to use them again. Their customer service is excellent. If I could have given them 10* I would have!

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. I have five quotes and different pieces of advice and Rhys gave the most knowledgeable, balanced and informative information to help me make the decision. His communication is second to none, keeping me informed at all points of the job from quote to invoice. The work was quick and efficient and his attention to customer satisfaction, sharing photos and taking time to give explanations is fantastic. The price was very reasonable. I can't fault the experience at all.

Hallmark are the best contractors I have ever hired and I have been happy to recommend them to friends in need of roofers. Their knowledge and experience was obvious from the initial inspection and quotation. They retiled an extension roof, fixed a hole on the roofline and realigned all the dodgy guttering the previous occupant had installed, so that water didn’t pour out of it everywhere. They were well-priced, fast and efficient; and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. They are also really nice people and have provided excellent aftercare!
