Ordered a Halloween wig. I got an order confirmation but no updates, no shipping confirmation. Emailed customer service 4 times over several weeks and still no reply. Called multiple times; no answer, voicemail full. Last time I called i was able to leave message, but got no response. Now I see there’s no way to even leave a review on their website! I’m going to start a fraud complaint with my bank.
