Halo from start to finish were very professional and efficient - Bodywork repair was first class .. one felt confident dealing with them. The Customer Care team on the phone were friendly and helpful and gave good feedback while the car was off the road. My Courtesy Car was new, clean and nice to drive. Finally the two drivers who collected and returned my car were courteous and very friendly guys .

Halo kept me updated as to what’s going on, excellent communication. Jake picked up the car as informed. Morgan delivered the car very polite and courteous. The work has been completed to a very high standard and work was done very quickly. Car was collected on the 11 th returned on the 13 th. Extremely happy with the work and the whole service .

When the car was collected it was returned the same day perfect for me as I'm disabled and can't do without my car also Michael was very polite and reassuring not only that but I did say I may not be home at time of return as it was I was home but he'd parked my car on the drive then phoned me but I went out and thanked hi. Lovely man
