Don't order from this company I was lucky they did not get any money i have had my card frozen as I put my card details to order a jar of tigar nuts and they tried to buy goods from Ebay and 2 other companies so DON'T chance it Freespirit HI S RODS half price DON'T get sucked in 😡

My teenage son is an avid fisherman and saved up for ages from his weekend job to buy himself some stuff from this site without checking with us first - 2 weeks after buying online and having his payment taken, he's come to us really upset that none of his order has arrived - looks like he didn't get any order confirmation or correspondence from this company in this time and he didn't know what to do. Once he'd researched them and found all the warnings about it being a scam, he came to us asking for help. Poor lad, first time he's had his own part-time job and money he's earned for himself, he spends, and loses it on a bunch of scammers. I'm livid
Ordered a fox reel without checking first website doesn't exist and payment pending so bank won't do anything until payment has cleared scam scam scam

SITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN
This is a scam website, I had some doubts about it based on the following:
1 - Parts of the website seemed unfinished when I looked at it.
2 - Their pricing on a lot of items was almost 50% of the RRP on other sites.
3 - Their product range was very sporadic.
4 - Their contact us page is just an email address.
5 - Not registered on google to allow any customer reviews.
Despite the warnings, I was after a specific product (Landing Net) and this was the only site it was in stock on, and at nearly 50% discount. So I paid using my credit card, knowing that if it turned out to be dodgy I can claim the money back.
As soon as I submitted my order I took screen grabs of the checkout page and order confirmation page, thankfully this was a good idea as I never got an email order confirmation.
When I emailed the address on the contact us the day after my order, I eventually got a reply 2 days later just saying my order was despatched by Parcelforce and would be with me by Friday (2 days from then). Email was just signed by "Alex" seemed very unprofessional. I emailed right back saying that I needed my order confirmation and I wanted the tracking details for Parcelforce. I never received a reply.
By this time I had already started the refund process with my credit card company.
1 week after their proposed delivery date I emailed them again to tell them I had started a refund process with my credit card company and they were a scam company.
I have my money back on my credit card but I hope others see these reviews and steer well clear of this site.
Do not use this company its a scam
Definitely a scam site. Luckily didn't order anything expensive and bank sorting charge back to account. Avoid!

I have ordered but luckily only a small item paid on credit card and getting refunded. To be honest it looked to good to be true so should have guessed at the time.
Fraud internet shop site. No received item, no response.
Not option to pay by PayPal!
Reported to a credit card for a refund.
This company looks dodgy avoid lucky enough not to have ordered, they sell it too cheap
Do not use this company what so ever if you want to lose your money, ordered a brolly/bivvy which I payed for and haven’t even had acknowledgement or an email confirming this is nearly two weeks now .should not be allowed to advertise on the internet platform
