Sold me a pager that doesn't work at all got in the mail yesterday charge the battery and will not work iam so disappointed. Like I need this for my fire department. But sold me junk!! All I got to say

I was looking for a specific radio, at the time they were not in stock. Haloid had a message that when it came back in stock I would be notified. A few weeks later it was in stock, I was notified and purchased the radio. The radio being used and over 29 years old was in beautiful condition. I almost thought it was brand new and worked flawlessly. I would for sure buy from Haloid again.

Service was good, thank you. Had difficult to find items. My charger unit was exactly what I ordered based on the model numbers, but when it arrived it was not exactly the same configuration of the charger I was trying to replace, so it will need to be sent back.

Haloid got me a quality radio at the lowest price. Even though it’s used their 33 point inspection really makes a difference then buying off ebay. Also the 3 month warranty gives me peace of mind that if the radio was to fail Haloid would make it right.

The radio was reasonably priced, shipped quickly, is in great condition, and programmed perfectly.

Haloid had the radios I needed in stock and were fast to ship. My only complaint was that I understood these radios to be refurbs and they were definitely not. The programming well had never been opened, they were dirty, one of the radios had no legible front buttons on it, and still programmed with the other agency frequencies. I will say however that after I programmed them for me, they all worked.

I am a volunteer firefighter and had bought my own pager but when I gave it to someone to program it they stole it from me. Having to rebuy it wasn’t our best moment. I am very upset because the pager received from Haloid is actually a downgrade to what I had/need. No stored voice and only a single channel not a two channel. Nevertheless I was able to take it to a Motorola authorized retailer and have it programmed in minutes and does work all the same. And we really appreciate haloid for not only providing the type of frequency pager he needed but also their prompt shipping on the item.
