Working here was a chaotic and highly unprofessional experience from day one. The company lacks structure, leadership alignment, and basic professional ethics.
1. Unethical Onboarding & Bait-and-Switch:
The red flags started before my official start date. One day before my onboarding, after I had already resigned from my previous job, the company abruptly decided to cancel my hiring. After days of frustrating arguments, they reversed the decision and brought me on board, but the trust was already broken. To make matters worse, they hired me for an AI Developer role but immediately misaligned my responsibilities, forcing me into a Tech Lead position without prior discussion or proper compensation adjustment.
2. Complete Lack of Leadership and Onboarding:
I was thrown into a live project with absolutely zero onboarding or explanation of my actual role. I was briefly introduced to the development team, but I didn't even meet or speak to my actual Manager until nearly two months into the job. The Delivery Lead on the project acted like an authoritarian boss rather than a leader providing zero guidance, mentorship, or direction, while constantly demanding high-stakes results.
3. Brain Drain and Mismanagement:
At the exact same time I joined, management decided to remove the top-performing developers from the project. Predictably, the velocity and pace of the delivery dropped. Instead of addressing their own structural and staffing mistakes, leadership looked for a scapegoat.
4. Unfair Termination Culture:
After just 2.5 months without ever being given the time, documentation, or support to properly learn the environment I was terminated and blamed for the project's slowing pace. Management weaponizes high turnover to mask their own incompetence and operational failures.
Advice to Management: Learn how to onboard professionals, align your leadership roles, and stop blaming individual engineers for systemic failure and poor resource allocation. Avoid this company if you value your career stability and mental health.
