We are a party of 4 adults that have just come of a cruise from Singapore, we arrived in Hong Kong this morning, with all the Qatar flights cancelled. We discussed our situation with other passengers on the cruise to find their travel agents had arranged other flights and accommodation. But if you have booked through Halo Travel Company they are not answering our messages with no response, currently stranded in Hong Kong awaiting assistance, very poor service. I have been dealing with an agent call Damian who has been ever so patient with me . Dealing with my endless demands for my vacation and answering all my questions.
Never once did I detected a hint of annoyance or frustration in his tone towards me.
I would both highly recommend this company but more so this agent to anyone who is thinking of travelling and using an agency .

I have truely appreciated the quality of service provided by Halo travels and one of your customer service agents by the name of Mario! What a wonderful and 'stress free' experience I had with him, especially by being so patient with me (and the change of mind re dates etc), organising my itinerary and arranging all details for my trip to Thailand!

I needed to change my flight. I called Marcus/Halo and no one responded to my request. It seems like once I paid my bill, Halo was not responsive to me. Poor customer service.

Spoke to a guy called charles, he helped me a lot, was fantastic all the way in booking my holiday

I booked a package holiday for flights and cruise for October. I never received a receipt for payment for this holiday and due to covid the cruise has been cancelled. According to Halo they haven't received any cancellation from MSC cruises or flights. So they cant refund or send a receipt of payment. Please be aware these people take your money knowing there is no holiday at the end of it all and never was. Fraudsters beware.

Able to "talk" via net to Customer service people to ask questions and advise, competitively priced ticket

In August of this year I took a trip to Germany to visit Family and Friends. As I always do, I tried to get a Eurail Pass for my intercity travels by train. I spent many hours on the phone with Deutsche Bahn trying to get one, only to find out that several of their agents did not even know what I was talking, not even after checking with higher ups ! Through Internet searches I found Halotravel. They knew exactly what I was talking about and even mailed it to me in Germany ! Their Follow up was great too ! They send me a couple of emails to wish me a nice trip and offered further assistance if I needed it ! This was truly a wonderful experience after I was so frustrated with Deutsche Bahn. Thanks again, I will recommend Halotravel to all of my friends !
