The sweaters are super soft - well made - look great!

I have been trying to return my item, as the fabric isn’t good for me. I have emailed several times for instructions on how to return the item and get a refund.
The item was delivered with no paperwork inside and no one is getting back to me with instructions. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service.
I have an online business and always take excellent care of my customers.
I still am waiting for a response to my issue.

Dresses I ordered came packaged neatly.. for the most part sizes were accurate except for one dress I will send back and size up

I was a little hesitant as I have read bad reviews from overseas products. But I decided to be patient and give it some time to ship out, and surprisingly the two sweaters I ordered were exactly like the ones in the pictures, I was very impressed. Very cute sweatshirt/tops, I will be ordering again in the future!

Awful customer service and poor quality of product. Not open to return and do not share that up front. Unfortunate learning for me!

While this is a nice enough sweater the sizing is very off…I ordered a small and this is huge..way bigger then even a relaxed size medium would be..I will not shop here again .It wasn’t that cheap either .

Such mixed emotions. The order was taking so long, that I worried I was scammed (ordered on Oct 16 and delivered on Dec 17). Then I thought for sure, once they did arrive, I would regret it having spent over $300 on my first purchase. NOPE! The fabrics are lovely and very soft. They were packaged beautifully and all the items smelled fresh. I felt like they were made thoughtfully (no itchy tags, great cuts). Great quality and style for the price, just be prepared to wait.

The dress that I received is nothing like the photo. It’s a t-shirt material and super large for measurements stated for a small. I requested a return and they said they’d refund $7 and I keep it. When said I did not want to keep it and wanted to send it back, they said they’d give me $11 because I’d have to pay shipping to Dubai. What a waste of money, This is their “money back guarantee”. Don’t waste your money unless you know for sure you will not need to return the item.

Delivery took a very long time but the blouses are great. Nice fit true to size

The items are true to size and description. Shipping took a lot longer than from other places.

Terrible service. Gave extremely hard time for returns. Not until threatening to dispute did they let up and offer credit. Will never buy again.

I was pleased with all of the items that I ordered. They're good quality and fit as expected. It took a bit of time for delivery but I was expecting that so I didn't deduct a star from my rating. Great experience overall.
