It’s a cute sweatshirt. Lightweight and soft. The only thing I didn’t like was the neck is puckered. It does not lay perfectly flat like the picture. I don’t think this is a deal breaker for me but it would be cuter if the neck was flat.

Product is very nice. Just wish it didn’t take a month to get!

Received 3 items and quality is horrid. I immediately, via email, requested return & refund following instructions as set out in their website policy. They requested pictures. I sent pics of unopened, unworn clothing. They offered $15 credit. No. I want full refund. They offered $30 credit and advised that there is no return label to be provided me. After 7 polite & professional email requests, my emails are * surprise * now “undeliverable”. Imagine that. I am out $103.97 U.S. $ on pure junk clothing. (Order #2342570). Not happy and would not recommend this to anyone. Shame on you Halres 😡

Placed an order back in September. It stated shipping from USA. Took a month to receive an email stated it had shipped. Now three weeks later the tracking only shows a label created and no shipping information. frustrating to pay for something and almost two months later don't have your merchandised and no response as to the status.

Quality of products were ok. Shipping took 30 days.

The quality of the dragonfly sweater was not as pictured. The picture looks like a sweater whereas the actual shirt is a polyester fabric.

I am pleased with my purchase but I really wish you would have been upfront with your merchandise and where the products are being shipped from. I asked up front if the shipping was within the United States and the answer was yes. You stated it was shipped in the United States but you left out “not until it reaches this country.” Very disappointed with the runaround regarding when it would actually be delivered.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and workmanship of my two purchases! It took a little longer to get than I would have liked, but it was a great deal for the money. I will order from them again In sure!

The shirt was as described and it fits nice.

I'm always skeptical when ordering online but the shirts I bought are fantastic! Their sizes are true to size, they look great and made from quality material.

All the tops were nice, except for the cat shirt. The black part of the cat side was splotched like water droplets all over just that side. Other than that everything else was great

Clothes are nicely made and fit well. My only problem was the duration for receiving the order but I think it may be an issue that goes beyond the company’s scope.

I ordered two months ago!! They promptly took my credit card payment and have NOT gotten back to me. Was under the impression that this company was from the USA and now find out that it is Chinese??? Extremely disappointed

Bought 3 tops, I was happy with the sizing and quality. The shipping was a little slow but worth the wait.

Lovely clothes, good fit. I did get a size down from what the Size Table indicated and it was perfect.

Order took 1 month to get. Very poor customer service. They do mot respond for days. The order fid not ship from US as stated, came from China to US. Also the only way you can write a review is if you give a positive 😀
Will not order again from here.
