Staff was friendly, punctual and informative.

All people that I was in contact with was super polite, they replied fast on my enquires and solution was given very quickly. Since I'm not used on this way of communication with a health institution, this was a new experience for me and a very positive one. Although I'm trying hard I can't find any negative remark. Good job have you done!

This is absolutely the best place to trust with your healthcare. Responsive and responsible. Professional but also personalised care. I had an operation done at the clinic and was treated quickly but with a high standard of care.

Quick response but after this you usually sit in the waiting room for a few days while someone gives you grandmother's advice. The doctor only pops in when you get impatient. And then the answer usually still is not helpful.

Terrible experience!! We requested a personal visit because we suspect an infectious disease and no one was willing to come. We have asked for it maybe five times and completely without interest. We spoke to a total of three different people and repeated everything again. It seems that they don't even read what we were writing.

Never register here if you want a real doctor. This center only plays on him. They establish the diagnosis through photographs. If you ask for a personal meeting, no one will come. The communication with the nurse lasted over 8 hours and was completely useless. Doctor wrote just one message and she didn't speak even English. The result is that I am transferring to another center. Never again Hälsa Hemma.

Very helpful and competent doctor and nurses. after chatting at the app about my symptoms, a nurse visited me to take blood sample, she also asked me if I would like to have flue vaccine I said yes so I got flu vaccine home. it is so convenient. The Doctor also did follow up check after giving me the prescription to see the medicine effect. She is very responsible.
