Ordered a crochet suit which was so small it would fit a child. They told me to keep it and they would send another in a bigger size. That never happened and although I emailed them several times they didn’t answer.
They are con artists description does not match the product. Buyer beware

I really wish I had read the reviews on here before buyng - but I got suckered in to the website and imagery.
I have been waiting for any item for 3 months which has never arrived, and I have been emailing and saying I want s refund with no response. Have threatened legal action and have reported them to trading standards. Absolutely awful - do not buy from here!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Fake pictures from another brand, which don’t show the real product. Said it was a real suede jacket, it was synthetic and a totally buffet style. Can’t send back as they are based in Hong Kong. Total scam

Cheap and nasty clothing, requested refund and sent items back …. Now I have no refund and no goods! Biggest scam artists going around. Refuse to respond to my emails

I wouldn’t even call it a company. It is a complete scam. The owner ‘Olivia’ is clearly a robot going from previous reviews.
They deserve 0 star rating. I have tried for months to get a refund and I cannot get one. They only offer me discount on my next order. Why the hell would I order from them ever again?!?!

Very obvious that Olivia is not real. Been chasing my refund for 2 months now for a dress that never arrived. Absolute joke. Looks like I won't be getting my money back.

SCAM - they never sent the item i ordered and after chasing them for 2 months, I opened a chargeback with my bank which resolved the issue.
They are liar and not to be trusted.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY .. I order four items from this company .. I received three, the quality was so poor almost see through and nothing like the pictures .. I agreed at my expense to post back to China .. and now they won’t respond .. I have lost nearly £200 .. so please don’t order from these total scammers

I’ve returned the item AT MY OWN COST and have been chasing Olivia for a refund for about 2 months now and still nothing back. So I’ve now paid for the item AND the return shipping international fees with no return.

Item supposedly shipped then strangely ‘returned’ due to incorrect address details. Have spent the last 2+months fighting for a refund, which they seemingly processed, yet here I am another 3weeks down the line and still haven’t received my money back!
THIEVES!! Avoid at all costs or you’ll be robbed blind!

NAVY ELYSEÉ PARIS DRESS
I ordered this item over 5 weeks ago now, and still it has not arrived. When questioning the business on the whereabouts of my order I was re assured it was on its way, which it was not. The due date passed for the dress and I had to order another dress for the event I was attending as it did not arrive within the scheduled time it was meant to. When following up on the whereabouts of my order and requesting a refund, my emails have been ignored and had no response whatsoever which is unprofessional personally. DO NOT ORDER OF THIS SITE AS THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH CUSTOMERS.

The Vienna Suede coat I bought did NOT match the description and photos on the site. They described it as a suede coat but it was man made fabric and very cheaply made. When I tried to return it they said I had to mail it to China and pay for that myself or they would refund me 20% of the purchase amount. I chose to get a 20% refund and have never received a penny.

Bought the item, took 30 days to arrive even though expected shipping was 9 days, when arrived was too small so I asked to return, about 10 emails later and multiple attempts on their part to make me keep the item for miniature refunds i decided to keep because the shipping would be more than the item itself. After promising the refund and telling me it has been processed it has now been two weeks and my money is still not in my account. Do not order from this website.

WON'T BE BUYING AGAIN. POOR QUALITY, NOT AS ADVERTISED - "Vienna Suede Statement Coat" advertised but turned out to be faux suede that feels flimsy and more shirt-like. Definitely not a coat to keep you warm, and it feels like cheap polyester. Does not look anything like the one that was shown in their marketing campaigns. Offered me a dismal discount to keep it, and currently still negotiating! Hoping this gets resolved soon as I do not wish to keep the cheap item. Won't be buying again.

Suede jacket- supposedly made from premium suede. Faux suede and poor quality make. It does not resemble the one shown which is obviously real. Offered me discount of 30% instead of returning but I didn’t take up the offer. Returned to China at £22 cost but was adamant I wasn’t keeping it. Absolutely rubbish. Just hoping I get my refund!

POOR QUALITY, POOR SIZING, ONLY OFFER return at the cost of you shipping it back to CHINA or a 20% refund to keep the item to stop the hassle of having to send the item back ! They clearly know that people will just go for the 20% as it probaly costs way more than the item to ship back to China! Its an UTTER joke ! Will be taking this further.

If I could give zero stars I would. Complete scam artists. Ordered denim jumsuit. Appaling quality and sizing. Contacted them numerous times asking to return item and get a refund. Offered 20% refund then 30% refund and keep item. I said no and asked for return details to be told that the item has to be shipped to warehouse in china even though postmark on the package I recieved was UK. Complete scammers hoping if they make it awkward enough you will just keep item and lose out on your money. Avoid at all costs !!!!!!!

Total scam ordered suede jacket it is NOT suede reviews in website scam. I had to complain a lot then offered 20% refund then 40% refund or return to china at my expense. Total scam items are not like the photographs
