No assistance to change watch strap which only last four months.
My 4 months old Hamilton ladies watch already needs a new leather strap despite the fact that I only wear it twice a week. I contacted their customer services for assistance and was told all I could do was buy a new strap because they are not covered by the two year warranty. This is not the quality expected from a "luxury" brand. Should I budget to buy three new straps per year?! Very disapointing.
