Concerning Lack of Support

This is a lighting manufacturing company in Canada.
They do not respond to emails, and basically have no support at all. Tried to purchase something using PayPal, which they say they accept, and got my first error message - “there was an issue with PayPal. Try again or use a different payment method” PayPal has no issues - this company does, and it is not good that the most secure payment method DOES NOT WORK. Emailed them and have never received a reply, perhaps this will be their attention.
