Highly recommended

Ordered item on Saturday, arrived the following Tuesday. Parcel it was in, was split with some damage to the original packaging, probably the shipping company, DHL. nothing missing, so all good. Great communication, would happily use again.

Don't think I got the right part

Sent the product promptly, however I had an issue with compatibility. The product delivered looked different to the one on the website.
The company wanted photographs of what I received which I was happy to provide. In the end communication stopped despite me providing proof that the product was incorrect.
Ultimately I opted to modify my trailer and drill bigger holes to accommodate the part as I didn't have much faith in returning the product.

Apologies that the conversation ran dry. My colleague Phil who updates our website died last week after a short illness, so we have been busy visiting him in hospital every day. Perhaps I shouldn't say such things but this is the truth. He will be missed in our business.

I am glad you were able to make the bolts fit by making the holes in the trailers axle slightly bigger. The shock absorbers were supplied direct from Erde and they assured me that the correct ones were supplied. However I will discuss with Erde that you found that the bolts were slightly too big. We have not experienced this problem before and have been selling Erde trailers for 14 years.

We allow all of our customers to return products free of charge if the item is faulty.

Sorry we were not as quick in replying to your last email as we should have been.
