*Disappointing Experience with Hamper App - Poor Customer Service and Late Delivery*

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Hamper App service. Unfortunately, my experience was plagued by issues from start to finish.

*Issues:*

- *Horrible Customer Service*: Unresponsive and unhelpful support team.
- *Late Delivery*: Items arrived significantly later than promised.
- *Lack of Trust*: Unreliable communication and inconsistent updates.

*Details:*

I placed an order on 11/11/24but received it on 11/13/24], way past the estimated delivery time. When trying to resolve the issue, customer support was unresponsive and dismissive.

*Conclusion:*

Hamper App failed to meet basic expectations. Their inadequate customer service and unreliable delivery make them untrustworthy. Until significant improvements are made, I strongly advise against using their services.

*Suggestions:*

- Enhance customer support responsiveness
- Improve delivery timelines and communication
- Increase transparency and reliability

Would not recommend.

Do not use this service. This whole experience was a total stressful mess. They failed to return my items multiple times, misplaced a bag, washed my clothing with darks so that everything light was now damaged and discoloured even though I paid the premium service price for a the wash and hang dry for all items. They asked for evidence and then accused me of lying saying my clothes were already in poor condition. They refused to compensate in any way even when I gave endless opportunities. Do not use this service, there is far more to customer service than what this company believes.

They do a very good job at cleaning your clothes, linens, and comforters. They make it very convenient by picking up and dropping off your items at your door.

Great service. Thumbs up! Always on time, user friendly website, fair prices, professional staff. Highly recommend!!

This is as a surprisingly good service. The app was easy to manage, pickup was on time and delivery was good great as well.
I had a couple of questions and request and Paula at Customer Service was amazing.

I can't say enough good things about this laundry app! From its user-friendly interface to its exceptional services, every experience has been top-notch. The drivers are consistently punctual and courteous, making the entire process seamless. The laundry always comes back impeccably clean and perfectly folded, exceeding my expectations every time. Highly recommend! Hamperapp has helped my business grow enormously. We take care of what we like doing while they take care of our laundry!

Towels with black hair and stains that previously were not in there. Some of my tshirt and top were not returned probably mixed with other clients, stay away and save your money!

I have been a customer for the last 3 years and they have always provided me an excellent service. The driver Robert is very polite and professional. I use this service on a weekly basis and I love their app.

Today was my second time trying HamperApp, notice I said "trying". The first time failed due to a tech issue that didn't allow them to assign my order, so no big deal as these things happen; however, TODAY'S incident has caused them to be less than dirt in my eyes because they sent someone over here from Roadie who was extremely unprofessional because he asked me "What is this?!" all abrupt and I'm sorry but I thought that when courier companies send couriers out the couriers at least know what they're picking up and where it's going. So I told him and he said okay and took the bag. About 20 mins. later he calls me and abruptly asks me where these are supposed to go because the business that he was supposed to send them to was closed. I tried to apologize but he kept talking over me. I tried to explain that he was hired through Roadie to do a pickup for Hamperapp but they are the ones who arranged the pickup, not me. He kept cutting me off and talking loudly over me, telling me that I needed to contact the company to see what to do (um I thought they were supposed to contact the company also if there are issues?) . Okay. Fine. So theres no number for Hamperapp so I get on their chat which they usually reply fairly quickly to. It hadn't even been 2 full minutes until the driver was calling me again demanding that I tell him what is going on when I have no freakin idea what was going on and tried to tell him this. He kept cutting me off and telling me that he was going to leave my bag there at the closed laundromat, because he does not get paid to return items. Yes he told me that. Um excuse me that is not my issue! I didnt say that to him but that's what I was thinking, and every time I did try to say anything he kept cutting me off. Finally I hung up on him because you not about to talk crazy on my phone and not expect me to cuss you out, however I'm trying to be a better person in 2024. During this time I'm communicating all this to Hamperapp on their chat and I'm getting no furthe replies other than the initial greeting, so I typed that either the driver would return with my items or Hamperapp would pay me for the items, then someone decided to reply dryly and tell me that the driver would be returning my items. No apology, nothing, until I mentioned that, to which they sent a canned saccharine apology that they could have kept, tbh. Whatever. I told them that I didn't want that driver coming back to my h ouse because I did not feel safe dealing with him any further, so then shortly thereafter I got a text adising me that another driver would be returning my items. So I still dont have clean laundry ahead of my move tomorrow, but I do now have a higher blood pressure reading from dealing with this puto driver over an issue that was not my fault.

I hurt my shoulder so rather than carrying my cloths to the laundromat I thought I'd try Hamperapp. The first time I used them the person who returned the delivery couldn't speak English and refused to bring the laundry upstairs. I decided to give the service another try. They neglected to pick up my cloths on the day requested so I had to reschedule. On that day they again sent I guy who spoke no English and he too refused to come and pick up the laundry despite my specific instructions to do so. I canceled the order and will not use this service ever again.

Hamper app stole my clothes, then ignored texts, voicemails, phone calls and won’t acknowledge they lost my clothes- they also sent me some random clothes of other people. When notified- they stopped responding. They hide behind a 10 day period they have in fine print to find your clothes, but as I’m well past 10 day on DAY 15 they have yet to acknowledge their failure and make it right.

This is a horrible organization and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Hamper is a reliable & trustworthy service when I am in need for dry cleaning. Great customer service and timely deliveries. Def recommend!!

Great service i had my laundry the next day! Super convenient.

I’ve been using Hamperapp for over two years for all of my dry cleaning needs. The app is very user friendly and they pick and deliver my clothes on a timely manner despite Dallas’s hectic traffic.
Highly recommend!

This company is always on time to pick up my laundry. They are flexible. They are reasonable and very helpful to me.

The washer and dryer in my building was broken and I discovered this service. My clothes were picked up on time and dropped off clean and folded. I even had to call customer support after I placed my order to change a detail and it was super easy. I will be using them from now on.
