SCAM do not use these guys Karl Ashrafian is using this site to make receive money fraudulently. We booked a bouncy castle or thought we did for our daughters Birthday and on the day of the party at 05:00 we received a message saying that the booking had been cancelled no explanation what so ever when investigating further it is obvious that this company does not exist and the website is a front. They will ask for payment up front and as a bank transfer and you will never hear from them again. The number for the company just rings and rings and no response is provided for any voice mails or emails sent. Oh and you will not see your money back again. DO NOT USE stay well clear.You will see from other reviews that this is not a one time complaint or occurrence.

So my Husbands 50th birthday I decided to hire an inflatable nightclub. They were helpful every step of the way. The two gents that delivered it were very professional. We had a 1 day overnight hire, they even dropped it off early & didn’t charge us for the extra 2 hours.

Hired a nightclub for my daughters 10th birthday.

They delivered the nightclub early and were very quick in erecting the nightclub.
Ps the stereo was really loud !!

They were very helpful and I would like to say a massive thank you for making my daughters birthday one to remember.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a bunch of charlatan chancers, who take your money and do not deliver anything. Booked the inflatable pub, paid in full and then tried to confirm it will arrive on the day of our event. Once this business has your money, forget any semblance of communication - you will be ignored, your calls, texts, and messages will go unanswered. Eventually you'll get told the inflatable is damaged and cannot be delivered. And if you look at all the other reviews, it's exactly the same.

There's a newspaper article about them too. Simply do a Google search for "Hampshire Disco Dome Hire Portsmouth News" and read for yourself how they constantly do not deliver.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this despicable company at all costs. They should not be in business.

We Booked and paid in full for the inflatable pub for a jubilee party to be told by them at 10pm the night before that he won’t be coming. Just read the reviews which I didn’t. Karl does not answer the phone. Took him weeks to reply to my messages and just ignores people. This is a seriously poorly run outfit with a very professional looking website. Don’t be fooled! He did refund my money so I suppose that’s the one thing I can say that’s positive but he ruins events by simply not showing up. Why have a business Karl if your going to run it like a lemon.

I booked this company in November. Paid the deposit £100. The disco dome was meant to be a surprise for my daughters birthday in December.
On the day I transferred the £210. I emailed them. And telephoned them several times that day. Just got an answer phone. They didn't turn up. I was so upset. This was meant to be for my daughters 18th party for outside, as I didn't really have enough room indoors.
The company emailed me later in the evening, to say they THOUGHT I cancelled?????
I didn't read the reviews of this company beforehand, so wish I did.
I would never of booked them.
I got the £210 back. They asked when did I pay the deposit??? I sent them the email thanking me for the deposit.
Yes I got the money back.
But doesn't make things any better, as it was a birthday present!! Fuming!!

Called the night before to confirm time only to cancel by text the next day. Didn't even have the decency to call. When my wife tried to call them back to ask why they cut the call and turned their phone off. Companies that operate this way should be ashamed of themselves, letting children down at the last minute. Absolute pond life.

Absolute joke of a company they cancelled disco dome on morning of party via email they will not answer phone or respond to voicemail leaving a very upset 8 year old boy due to weather when it’s not rained since 8am this morning and no rain forecast!!!!!

Didn't want to give any stars. Hired the pub for my sons 40th. Supposed to be here between 10-11am.turnt up at past 3pm.roof had rips in was charged £225 for overnight. Altho it went down at 11.30pm. Was supposed to pick up Sunday afternoon. Didn't turn up. Then Monday afternoon. Didn't turn up so have had a deflated pub on my lawn for 2 days now. Killing my grass. Avoid avoid avoid

Sat and waited for my already paid for hot tub for my partners birthday to arrive between 10am-11am at 12 after a series of emails txts and I awnserd calls to be told cancelled all bookings as equipment damaged .... could have told us before hand to have time to book something else ...

Booked an inflatable disco weeks ago for my daughters 16th birthday party tonight - got a text message mid morning on the day of the party to say they had no transport so couldn't get to me and weren't coming!!
Absolutely outrageous way to run a business - didn't even get a phone call to apologise until I had ranted on their facebook page!!!!
Don't use this company unless you want to be let down!!!

Useless! No communication at all and messed up my booking, only responded to me after I had to cancel. I would not trust they would even show up!

So if anyone is considering bouncy castle hire, disco dome etc then DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR Hampshire Disco Dome Hire. Utterly useless. Cancelled three hours before my daughter's 13th birthday party was due to start.
