We have been using HEC for years now mainly for airport runs for ourselves and family and for some business travel for my wife and have been impressed by the professionalism of Ryan and his team, the quality of the cars and the reliability of the service. We have never had anything but exceptional service, they are now a key part of any trip we organise.
It’s such a relief to know that despite me sometimes throwing curve balls at Ryan at short notice he always has eventualities covered leaving me reassured and stress free.
Ryan’s team including Phil, Kevin and Elliott have come to know us over the years which means we feel at home as soon as they greet us.

Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs provided an exceptional service for my transfer to and from Bournemouth Airport recently. Ryan was punctual, friendly and also generous with the complimentary bottles of water! The vehicle was pristine and very comfortable. Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs Ltd was recommended to me by a business colleague as the taxi company I used to take me and drop me off to Heathrow Airport was unreliable and often late. I have used Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs Ltd twice now and the service has been excellent, on time and the driver has been extremely friendly and helpful. The cost for the return trip was the same as using the local taxi company and more importantly was punctual.

This was our first time using Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs and we will certainly use them again for transfers between Heathrow and Southampton. Great communication from start to finish. Elliot was waiting for us on arrival and helped with luggage which was appreciated. The vehicle was immaculate with water available. Very professional and smartly turned out. Smooth drive to our hotel and the following morning Kevin arrived at our hotel to take us to cruise terminal. Again excellent communication and professional service. At the end of our cruise we were met by Elliot who took us back to Heathrow. When you use a company for the first time you wonder if you have made the right choice. Without doubt we certainly had. We wanted a special start to our holiday from the front door to the airport (and back) and HEC simply delivered. Pristine car, immaculately presented driver and very affable. We have used HEC several times for airport transfers. It's always been stress-free, the communication on both drop-off and collection was perfect. The drivers are helpful and friendly. We have used them for our big family holiday (7 of us) and a short break just the two of us. Looking forward to our next trip.

Building on my review from a few years ago, Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs are not the cheapest but they clearly deliver the very best first class service that others should aspire to. My trip to and from LHR was a delight. The car, which was absolutely immaculate, picked me up about 10 minutes early and my chauffer greeted me on return to LHR. The drivers deserve special mention, smartly turned out and most personable they were proper professional drivers who made the journey a joy. Will I use HEC again? Absolutely YES.

Excellent service from start to finish. Driver arrived on time and helped with loading/unloading luggage at both ends of a return journey booking. Clean, comfortable car with smooth carefull driver. Would definitely recommend this service and will use again.
