Dylan has serviced my boiler twice now, both times being efficient and tidy in his work. The recent visit was to replace a leaking diverter valve. Dylan explained everything, arrived promptly and completed the task with minimal disruption. There was a concern regarding the settings but Dylan used clear communication to resolve these. I would use Dylan again for future boiler works.

Dylan is an amazing gas engineer, very knowledgeable and reliable.

First boiler service for the boiler these guys installed last year. Turned up on time, polite, left no mess. Can’t ask for more.

Dylan and Ollie recently replaced all of my existing radiators. I have used Dylan before to fit a new boiler and both he and Ollie have since been to service the boiler. They naturally seemed like the right choice to carry out the work for the radiators. The work was initially due to take 2 days but due to problems with my walls when drilling in the new fittings (crumbling and needing replastering) it took a little longer and cost more than originally quoted. Unfortunately this wasn’t foreseeable and part and parcel of having work done in the house. The good thing is the walls are now sound and I have lovely new radiators throughout the house. Dylan and Ollie did a great job and were both more than amenable to me changing my mind about where I wanted the radiators. They are both polite, reliable, trustworthy and tidy. I was kept up to date at all times. I will be using them to continue my annual boiler service and fully recommend them for any boiler/radiator work.

Dylan provided great customer service. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and even though he was training a colleague, he took time to discuss and inform us of what he had done. I would definitely recommend Dylan and will be booking him again next year.

I was looking for a heating engineer for the annual service of our boiler having been let down by another provider who didn't show , having read reviews I got in touch with Hampshire Heating and immediately Dylan responded to my enquiry , booked me in for the next day for the service and a fault which resulted in no hot water. The engineer arrived as arranged kept in touch with his e.t.a. and did a very thorough job of service and found and rectified fault, friendly service and I was very pleased with the price. Definitely in my contacts for all future works.

We had a new boiler installed and a whole loft re-piped by Dylan and his team. They finished the job within 2 days which was originally expected to be done in 3 days. They're all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, so we got quite a good value for our money. They pay great attention to details like treating the water to ensure the correct quality and pH value or using trunking to hide a pipe in the kitchen, tidying up the work area after they're finished, and the list could go on. All in all, we are very satisfied, and we will definitely use their services in the future!
