Very poor communication both to myself…
Very poor communication both to myself and within the company.
Added to what was a stressful time by their rudeness on the phone.
Only seemed to be good at their job when the money was due to be paid.
Personally wouldn't use this company again

They ended up with more out of my …
They ended up with more out of my compensation claim than I did. When I questioned them about it they said they made it clear t the beginning of my claim what percentage they would take but they didn't put it across in a understanding way because if they did I wouldn't of gone with them in the first place they are one big rip off if you want a good competition claim do not use Hampton Hughes you have been warned
