An excellent Practice
I have been at Hampstead Group Practice for a number of decades. During that time I have been impressed by the consistently high standard of the staff, including the receptionists, backroom people, nurses and of course the Drs. Everyone seems to be motivated to provide the best, helpful, kindest service possible. I have heard friends describe their experiences at other practices and it reminds me not to take our fantastic practice for granted. To this roll call of excellence I can now add Chaima Hale, Physician Associate who was friendly and professional, but more importantly, knowledgeable and pro-active. They all go the extra mile to keep their patients informed - including guest speakers, newsletters etc. Thank heavens for this practice and for the way they choose to operate, unlike some other less engaging and less compassionate ones. Ps The way they operated during covid was superb.
