By far the best bedding I’ve ever slept in. Their signature Egyptian cotton sets and luxury duvet cover collections have completely elevated my bedroom and honestly… the quality speaks for itself. I highly recommend this bedding.

Product did not arrive and no communication

Product did not arrive. Courier said it had been dispatched - then nothing more. I amended the instructions to request delivery to local collection point - the app confirmed and said a code would be sent when it was at the collection point. I heard nothing more from courier until they messaged to say they were returning the order due to unsuccessful attempt to deliver to the house over a week later! Lack of communication and huge frustration as no order received.

Was lied to

Ordered over £120 worth of items, told it would be dispatched in 3 days. I chased after 2 weeks, to be told it was dispatched that day. 2 weeks later, nothing. Order cancelled. Not impressed, and cant speak to a human. All automation.

Beautiful candle …

Excellent delivery and customer service. My candle arrived in beautiful packaging and I could smell the scent through a thick layer of bubble wrap. The scent throw when burning is amazing. Very pleased.

My advice would be to steer clear

My advice would be to steer clear. In short. Delayed despatch, over half the order missing, multiple emails, empty apologies, 22 day wait for refund after they received returned goods. (As the company changes their response I add an update)

Placed an order and had to email 8 days later to find out when they were actually going to despatch it. Of the 14 items I ordered only 6 were sent. No idea why I wasn't told this when I queried where my order was? I emailed and called (don't bother) to ask when the rest of my order would be sent. With no response I made the decision to send items back. I was then told they'd send the rest of the items and a candle as an apology. A few emails back and forth as I said I didn't want the items just a refund. Every email with the same empty apology. Eventually told I'd receive refund after goods returned. Looked on website to see refunds are made within 14 days. I had proof of returned delivery - nothing from them but I waited until the 14 days. Emailed again. Same empty apology but request forwarded to accounts I should receive an email within 72 hours. No surprise when this didn't happen! Emailed again. Ground hog day of same empty apology but told refund had been made and confirmation would be sent. It wasn't. I did eventually get my refund confirmation 22 days later but I wonder if it would have ever happened without me chasing it up?

UPDATE - As predicted I received an email response (actually got it before I read trust pilot response) and I was offered an apology candle again - I had been offered one to come with the missing items from my order.
I won't be responding to the email. I'll just offer my advice for future issues with customers. Don't ask them to respond with an address to send the 'no strings attached' apology candle. You have an address. Tell your potential customer that you'll be sending a gift as way of an apology to the address you have on file, unless you hear from them with an alternative. That way you're more likely to retain/gain a future customer for having dealt with an issue sincerely.

••Update 2 - Well there's always two sides to a story. In this saga, according to the newest response to my review, the experience I actually had was not the one that was given to me? The first two paragraphs seem to hit the mark but then I learnt some new things.
•'We dispatched the in-stock items immediately'
Oh okay, lesson learnt. Immediately means something different to me. It's why I emailed 7 days after I ordered, to find out when my order would be dispatched.
•'I’m sorry that our emails regarding the missing items were not seen on your side'
Missing items AND missing emails, I've searched high and low for these emails. Do you mean the one email I received telling me my order was on it's way and as I scrolled down the list of items I noticed only 6 of the 14 were being sent? I definitely saw that, thanks.
•"Regarding your refund, I can confirm that this was processed as soon as your return was received and inspected by our team."
Oh, that's good to know. I just never realised that breaking consumer law by taking over 20 days to process a refund, needing emails from the customer after the legal 14 day timeframe expired, was standard.
As for my thoughts on the apology candle. I'm glad to hear that my 'feedback will genuinely help us improve the customer journey.' It's good to know that this has been taken on board and future customers might benefit and on that note, I'm off to the shops - to buy myself a candle.

Regarding your refund, I can confirm that this was processed as soon as your return was received and inspected by our team. I’m sorry if it felt unclear from your perspective — we understand how important it is for customers to feel fully informed during this stage, and we will continue to work on improving our communication around refunds and returns.

I’m also sorry that the complimentary candle we offered as an apology came across as insincere. It was intended purely as a gesture of goodwill, and I appreciate your suggestion on how we could communicate this more proactively in the future. Your feedback will genuinely help us improve the customer journey.

Please know that my team genuinely cares and has been doing their very best during an exceptionally busy period. I couldn’t be prouder of them, but I am truly sorry that we fell short for you in this instance.
