I have searched for providers but they never gave me much support and I found them who helped me at all times I trusted them with my emails and they did not fail me I recommend them they are reliable and serious they help you at all times and solve your problems I hope they continue like this success group keep progressing future have customer trust more
I few weeks ago, I signed up with hanami.run on their trial because I wanted to switch away from my domain provider's own email forwarding and be able to 'send email as' using gmail for addresses under my domain. I came across hanami.run as I was in the hunt for the cheapest provider of email forwarding services, since I am just a private individual and my needs don't justify a big expense for such a service.
I had some trouble setting up, and making sure my gmail account wasn't visible when using the 'send as' feature. I reached out to support who told me how guided me through the process, and during the discussion it became evident that what I wanted to achieve was not possible with my current (basic) plan (i.e. hiding the gmail account completely even in email headers). I had however said that I wasn't willing to spend much on getting this done.
What surprised me very pleasantly at that point was that customer support staff went on to say I could make use of an external (free) service provider in conjunction with their services to achieve the same result, and even offered to prepare a guide just for me on how to set it all up! I really appreciate this honesty, especially considering that they had no financial benefit in all this, and possibly the time they put in preparing the guide for me would have costed them more than I paid for a whole year of their services.
Furthermore, they could have used the fact I wasn't aware of any free providers or the setup process required for the additional services I needed, and up-sold me to one of their plans that contains this service, but they didn't!
A while after this experience with customer support, I experienced problems getting things set up with the external provider (who they are not affiliated with as far as I know) they where again happy to help even with the limited control they had, and even altered my services to meet my needs better at no extra cost.
I am very grateful of all their efforts, and would definitely recommend this provider to anyone.
