I was interested in the Sour dough starter that this company offered but I didn't want to pay postage so I bought 4 loaves as well as the starter dough, which gave me free delivery.

When It came the instructions on how to use the Sourdough starter were minimal and after several emails I was told to look on line.
I spent over a week feeding the starter but in the end I had to throw it away as nothing happened.
The loaves themselves were Ok but I can buy better fresher Sourdough loaves locally and cheaper, without a delivery charge.
The loaves were heavy, and very dry.

The use by dates were a bit confusing too as the bread was delivered on the12th June but the Best before date was 14th June.

Not exactly what I expected.

All in, very disappointing.

I have emailed the company with my concerns but got no response.

I use this company to buy hard to find low carb bread products.
The quality and value has always been pretty good.
Well with the bread rolls, for example, they are now even better than before.
Recipe or preparation seems to have been recently upgraded to an even higher standard.
So well done and keep up the good work!
Please don't change this as this standard of quality is not easily available in these types of product.
Delivery is great as well and the Free Delivery is an added bonus and great value as it is offered for small orders as well as larger ones.
Not much else to say except that I am very happy with the service I receive and so shall continue to order regularly.

The low carb bread products from here are the best I have tried and I have tried a few! I particularly like the low carb rolls, great when you want an easy lunch. The texture is pretty similar to regular rolls. I am glad I found the Hand Crafted Bread Co.
The delivery was fast and communication was good.

This bread is ideal for a diabetic. The service and delivery are excellent.

It is difficult to be diabetic and a good-bread addict. You have to put up with non-bread bread. Having tried non-bread in various places and baked my own non-bread, I have found Hand Crafted have the least objectable non-bread, and I will continue to buy it to save my legs from amputation and my eyes from blindness. The ordinary bread I have bought here has been super for my taste, but bad for my sugar invaded blood.
