Musicians Thumb support. Don't waste your money

I ordered a pair of 'Musicians Thumb supports' from HandHearth, after around 14 days I got an email saying they had been delivered!
They had not.
I asked courier company for proof of delivery? They sent me a photo of a package in the letterbox of a black door!
My door is red.
I contacted HandHearth support and was asked to look around and ask family members if they had the parcel?
Ignoring the fact that I had said they had been delivered through the wrong door!
I only got the parcel as the person it was delivered to put a post on the local facebook group asking if anyone knew the person named on the address. Me!
The address printed on the package had no house number!!! The correct road, area and postcode, but no house number.
Why the courier delivered it to a random house in my road is anyone's guess.
So! I finally get the 'Musicians thumb supports'.
Well what a disappointment.
They were exactly the same as the thumb supports that I had bought off Amazon about 6 months earlier!!
The difference? HandHearth charged £22! Amazon charged £4.99!
Do the maths.
I contacted HandHeart support stating that I wanted to return them for a refund.
Since then they have given me the runaround.
Email saying I had to pay £1.89 for a return label. Fair enough.
I did so and received an email saying my label purchase had been cancelled!!
But my bank statement still shows that I paid them £1.89.
This is where I am at at this point in time, and this review is just to let other possible users of HandHearth know how they treat customers, and that the quality of these particular supports are no better than what you can buy on Amazon for a fraction of the price.
The supports just have a flat piece of silicon rubber over where the base of the thumb would be, that has no useful affect in my honest opinion.
