Poor packaging_Damaged Goods Received
I have today received my order that was sent and on opening the package all three cabinets knobs are damaged and chipped. I cannot accept goods that are damaged or appear secondhand.
It makes no sense to have glass and metal screws in the same packet as it is obvious the metal will chip glass when they come in contact with one another. The glass knobs should at least have bubble wrap or foam wrap protection around them and also be in a box and not a soft plastic parcel designed for textiles.

Rim lock was delivered in a bag
Rim lock was delivered in a bag, I have purchased this before and was in a box.
This rim lock was poorly protected and was put through my letterbox which then fell onto a hard floor which I heard the bang
Luckily it was not damaged but very easily could have been.
Please package better.

Poor communication
Ordered 2 internal door latches 06/09/23
Has to phone the company 15 days after I ordered them to find out where they were. I had set up an account with them, as they asked, so I could check the status of my order . There was nothing on the account to say they weren’t in stock and I had not received any correspondence from them to tell me that . I had to source the latches from somewhere else. After speaking to a guy on the phone I was told I could have a full refund , then he said I’ll send you a credit note 🤔 no I said, I want the money refunded, I don’t want a credit note . Had to explain to this guy what a credit note actually means .
He then said I’ll send a credit memo .
Just send an email stating you’ve sent a full refund , you don’t have to mention credit note or credit memo , just an email with full refund on it .
In the end I had to tell him to reverse the payment , as I had paid by PayPal.
Someone in the company needs to understand what it means when telling customers that they’ll send a credit note.
I won’t be using this company again
Poor communication , poor service

Incomplete order
I ordered 2 kitchen cupboard door hinges, when they arrived the plates that fixe them to the cupboard were missing.
I emailed customer services and a week later still no reply.
So I am left with half a hinge.
